I went there for a battery & one of there workers installed it backwards the car wouldn't start I had to pay for a tow & pay 58 Dollars for a new fuse that he blew when I called Tags & explained what I had to pay the guy started cursing on the phone & refused to pay for there mistake don't ever ever go to tags I drove 45 minutes to get there only for them to disrespect me also tags never came outside to apologize for what there workers did he Sayed oh well your car is broke down by our worker mistake

Totally ruined my weekend plans. I was supposed to be tubing down the Delaware river tomorrow but instead I'll be waiting for the correct part for my car... I gave you guys the freaking vin... How did you get this wrong?! The only reason they got a second star is that they have better prices than anywhere else around.

I walked to the counter and showed the counter person the old part that I needed a match to. I answeed a few questions about the make and model of my vehicle, he was off to the shelves to find the exact part that I needed. He showed me how to hook it up and I was on my way. All of this took under 5 minutes. I couldn't have had a better experience. I was able to get my heater working that day! Thanks!!
