They owe me $260 in a refund. Two months have gone by and I still haven't seen my money. And I hear it may take another 4 to 6 weeks for the check to get reissued.

I tried to call customer service, I was on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and looked at their hours it specifically states 7 am to 7:30 pm. The call was at 6:30 and I called back was on hold for another 20 minutes. Do they leave early or do they just not answer the phone

I want to commend the service person who helped figure out a problem with my gas generator. He quickly analyzed that the problem was distal to the meter. He directly communicated with the maintenance company the specific requirements of the fix. He was amazing! My problem has finally been solved! Thank you!
