Employees appear annoyed if you ask a question. New store set up is unappealing and not intuitive. I have found it hard to find handicap parking near the store.I used food order pick up once. As I sat in my car waiting for order to come out, someone bangs on window opposite of me and said, cart is in back of the car & walks away. I have been doing shopping order pick up at many stores including two other Shoprite stores in different towns, They ALL always greet and put groceries/or other purchases, in the car. This is not the store I remember and used to shop at.

I have a great experience every time I visit this pharmacy. They really care about their customers and take the time to answer all my questions/concerns whether in person or on the phone which is greatly appreciated especially having bad experiences in the past at different pharmacies.

Beware this Shop Rite does not honor their advertised saleswalking down the coffee isle I notice two signs Folgers Coffee $2.50 limit 4 per varietyI picked up 4 and when checking out they charged me $6.49 ea I spoke to a manager who stated that was last weeks sale and the sign was old. not my fault I want it at the advertised price she said NOthis is why Lidl and Acme are getting my money

The Deli is horrible. They move like turtles, always a long line, unorganized, they never have thin sliced meats prepared, always out of prepared american cheese! Most crowded saturday they have 1 person cutting the meats. Instead of hiring fast experienced deli slicers they hire the slowwest moving people without any supervision.

Top notch pharmacy. Has went above and beyond for my family multiple times. Michael was super helpful with questions regarding payments and insurance, as well as helping me get through to a dr office to get a prescription refilled when I was not having success. They actually care here!

They took away the Purple Heart parking spots. One they totally removed the other is Handicap and Purple Heart.

The workers are really nice, but the smell of this place is awful. Really makes me not want to buy anything from there. Please shoprite fix the smell of your store.

The guy that handles the rotisserie chickens on Sundays should be fired. He told several of us that were waiting patiently that it would be 1/2 hour wait. When asked in 1/2 hour, he said 15 minutes. When asked in 15 minutes, he said 20. Come to find out, they were done and sitting on a cart for quite some time! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Really know how to treat the customers! If I could add curse words to this I would.

Pharmacist and technician on duty today, 10/30, arrogant and rude! I am a clinical pharmacist at a hospital and I am well versed in the laws of the practice of pharmacy. I wanted a total of 20 tablets of 12 hr sudafed and got a unnecessary banter of the rules that she could only sell 1 package of 10. I have purchased 2 x10 MANY TIMES at other Shoprite pharmacies. I simply asked them to try processing thru the system and if doesn't work then that's fine and I'll just purchase the box of 10. The pharmacist processed the 2 x 10 boxes and, naturally it was approved. What made this experience worse is "well you got away with it!" Unbelievable, I didn't get away with anything, I know the laws about pseudoephedrine and know you can purchase 20 tablets, whether a box of 20 or 2 boxes of 10. Unnecessary comentary and plain out rude! I will NEVER use your pharmacy for anything again!M. Sanchez RPh

I just experienced a very rude manager at the shoprite in glassboro right before the store closed. I am not sure of the woman's name who was the manager, but she was white, age 50s-60s grey long Straight hair With glasses and skinny. She was very rude to me when I was checking out, saying I could not check out the rice I was purchasing and having an employee take out the rice I was in the process of checking out without my permission or consent. I told asked her why and she could not answer. I have never had an issue checking out the rice before in my prior visits. I felt uncomfortable, threatened, offended, and discriminated against during this encounter. This was tuesday 12/1/2020 at around 10:50-11:00 pm EST. The other employees said I should have no problems checking out my rice before hand as well, which is not what the mean manager said. I will never shop at shoprite again in my life and tell all to not visit this store. This woman should be fired for her inappropriate conduct! I demand an apology!
