IM A METRO PCS CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS ALREADY , I WENT TO THAT LOCATION GLAssboro nj , asking ahelp to activate my metro pcs phone which is unlock n its a metro pcs phone, becaus ethe customer service in phone cant do something about it because the sim is already tranfer to the newe phone but unfortunately it locked , so i cannot recieve a code to activate again thats why they told me to go to the store so thery cxan help me just show my id for identification , but the hispanis lady told me that she cant help me , she said just call them, now im thinking to cancel my subcription to metro pcs because of that hispanic lady , n she so rude sarcastic , she should be fired , she ruining the name of metro pcs, now i cannot use my phone cant text or even call for 3 days now because of that hispanic lady in glassboro store, thank you

This location is trash and just needs to be shut down. Management needs to take a better look at their employees. They NEVER answer the phone there ever. Not too mention, there has been multiple times we have gone there when they say they are open, and the employees leave hours early! I went there earlier in the day before, had a time I was coming back because I had to pick up my kids and it was going to take to long, I went back, and they were not there! I had to call a different store and they sent another employee over! And this was at 5pm, they are supposed to stay open until 7! I just don't understand how this place stays in business. And now once again I've been calling for an hour to see what phones they even have in stock(because this is an issue as well) and as per usual none is answering. So looks like another store is about to get a sale that actually answers. I'm about to just switch whole phone providers

This company is horrible with customer service, I called 611 and machine is retarded, call Metro T-Mobile store and ask for some help and assistance of the account, that people want it help you out they will just tell you to use that app

THE WORST METRO IN THE TRI-STATE!!NEEDS NEW OWNERSHIP!People walking here an hour and waiting two hours past opening time for someone to arrive.DOES NOT OPEN ON TIME, FOR HOURS PAST OPENING.

Went to go get a new phone and all was good until I left, I went onto my account to pay my bill and can't get into my account my pin number and all was changed I can't even get into my account, I tried calling several times and no one ever answers the phone, so now I have to waste gas to drive there to have her fix everything she messed up, so I can get into my account again. Unhappy by far.
