Just like the great experience when I purchased my Mirage, my first service experience was just as great. Loved that I could just pull right in and someone was there to meet me and show me in. Then the service was quick and efficient! I was in and out in 30 min. The icing on the cake was that Luke Kaschak who sold me the car came to say hi and check on the progress! GREAT EXPERIENCE !

I’m a mechanic by trade, I did a compression test on my nieces car, the middle cylinder had low compression 90lbs, she took it to Matt blatt because the engine was knocking, and they take her warranty. She had to tell the mechanic the engine was knocking and she also had to tell the mechanic to do a compression test, the mechanic stated he’ll do the compression test the next morning. And also stated the car ran fine. After that conversation he then told her she needed a transmission service, fuel injection service, and front brakes. Estimate for Front brakes &rotors was $485. So before he even looked into the problem with her engine knock, he’s upselling. She told the mechanic she didn’t want any other service, just look into the engine knock, he called the next day and said nothing was wrong with the engine and it was an exhaust shield. Kinda strange when I did a compression test the 3 cylinder engine had 120 lbs on each of the outside cylinders, and the middle had 90lbs. My belief is he wasn’t able to upsell her on services she didn’t ask for, so the mechanic did NOT FOLLOW THROUGH! You would think if your taking your car to a shop to have a cylinder compression test, they would provide you with the results of said compression test, the results were not provided to her, just again said that’s how they ( Mitsubishi) run…

I am so very thankful Diego (AAA) came out to help with my flat tire today. He arrived quickly, was very professional, found the issue and changed my tire without any issues so I could return to work. He was also very compassionate (it has been an extremely rough week only being Tuesday), and I can't thank him enough for everything. This is how you gets customers for life.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am so disgusted with this place. I took my Jeep in on Friday of last week and told them the issues, I even gave them the codes and the meaning of the codes. Called on Monday to check on my Jeep and was told it's on the lift right now and there getting ready to look at it. No biggie, I said. Got a call a bit later and was told it was looked at on Saturday, but I never got a call on Saturday or Monday, I had to call them. So ok, I asked for an estimate and was given an amount over $11,000, I just about peed my pants. So I had them email me the estimate. They apparently looked over my entire vehicle and wanted to replace things that were just replaced and parts that didn't need it. So they say the check over was a free courtesy, and I was only being charged for the 3 hours it took to look over what I already gave the codes for. Needless to say, I paid $535.72 just for them to take 3 hrs to look at my vehicle. And supposedly that was a discount. I have never in my life had this type of experience. The BBB will definitely hear about this.
First about the owners response. For some reason you did not leave your contact info. Also I asked for the estimate to be emailed to me, they did not try to reach out to me until I called first, and several times. BOTTOM LINE IS NO ONE TELLS YOU THEY CHARGE OVER $100 AN HR TO LOOK AT YOUR VEHICLE AND GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE TOLD UP FRONT. I have called a few other places after my experience with you and none of them charge for an estimate, none of them.

I had my daughter bring the vehicle that we purchased at the dealership here for an issue that we didn't know what it was. She was told there would be $180 "diag" charge. I was at work so I told her I would call and find out some more information. I called and I got voicemail and from past experience I knew that I probably wouldn't get a call back for quite some time so I had my daughter have the service advisor, call me.
I received a phone call from Alicia. I asked her about the fee and she had this tone, but I continued anyway just to see how she would respond. I found out that my vehicle has two separate warranties and the warranty that the service would be covered under is expired. I was OK with that, but i had other questions. The tone only got worse with every question. So finally, I said something to her. I told her that I felt like her tone was very condescending and I was just asking questions so maybe is she could speak to me like I’m a human being. Alicia gruffly told me to hold on.
While I was on hold, my daughter texted me. She told me that Alicia was freaking out to her manager. In short, Alicia told her manager that I was cussing her out because I didn't like the prices and she doesn't make the prices and she doesn't have to take this. So when Alicia came back on the phone, basically to tell me the same thing that she had already told me, I responded to her "you realize that my daughter is standing right there?" She said yeah, she knows my daughter is there. "So then you know that she just heard you telling your boss that I was cursing at you. I never cursed at you. I was just asking questions." So that was the end of my conversation with Alicia because I asked to speak with whom ever she just spoke with.
I've been coming here for a long time and this isn't the first issue I've had but it’s not every time. I had my daughter bring it here because this is where we bought it and I had thought that there may be warranty coverage. There wasn’t coverage and that's OK but all this was so unnecessary. I get that people have a bad day but there was no reason for her to talk to me like that. The assistant manager said he was going to listen to the call but I don't think he will. I think Alicia needs to either find another job where she doesn't have to work with people or maybe they put her in the back to wash cars. I don't know, but Alicia, I'm just gonna let this one go.

I recently had my car serviced at Matt Blatt Service Center managed by Harlan Hanson. The task was professionally performed. The staff was friendly and completed the paperwork quickly and completely.

Literally the worst place ever , had to get a intoxalock put in my car 1st day waited for 5hours for them to tell me a guy had a family emergency , second day they went installed a broken one not from the company 3rd day it was installed but my trunk is now not working and they answer with a smart remark of “they never had a issue of a trunk not opening before installing them” . I was also promised a percentage off because the first day of their worker having an emergency then no one owned up to saying it when their manager was there as if I was a liar . Then they forgot to give me the paper work for the dmv to show proof that I even got it installed . Worst experience ever I’m super stressed because of this four day experience with this company , I wouldn’t be surprised if they ask certain customers for reviews that they favor because most all the customers were either on their phones in the parking lot arguing or looked as drained as I did ! 0/10 customer service the only one that was polite was the Spanish lady
