“Came into this Establishment Monday afternoon to get assistance with a part that went bad in our shower. A shower cartridge that all the Big box stores were NO help with!!! I never got the guys name but he was super helpful helping me find the part online & come to find out its under warranty!!!!! I was there with my wife when the Dewalt sales rep came in. Technically, it wasn't Home Depot's fault; it was GE's delivery service. BUT! With that being said, I bought the washer and dryer from Home Depot, so it was their job to make it right. After three attempts, Tonya got it done! Thank you! You are a model employee of Home Depot!!”
