“While I’m disappointed that the warranty that I paid for didn’t cover the work, the repair person was pleasant and knowledgeable.No work was performed, so I was unpleasantly surprised that the warranty company charged me $69 to tell me that they wouldn’t perform the work.”

However this time they didn't have what I wanted but they ordered it for me and in 2 days they got it. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable.”

“Came into this Establishment Monday afternoon to get assistance with a part that went bad in our shower. A shower cartridge that all the Big box stores were NO help with!!! I never got the guys name but he was super helpful helping me find the part online & come to find out its under warranty!!!!! I was there with my wife when the Dewalt sales rep came in. Will be using them again for all future plumbing repair parts!!!!!

Technically, it wasn't Home Depot's fault; it was GE's delivery service. BUT! With that being said, I bought the washer and dryer from Home Depot, so it was their job to make it right. After three attempts, Tonya got it done! Thank you! You are a model employee of Home Depot!!”
