I cannot shop here in the summer. No air conditioning in the sweltering heat!

The worst goodwill store and unfortunately the closest one to me, overpriced bad condition and incredibly small.

Very disappointed with cashier. Very heavy young woman, very unfriendly, LOUDLY belched 3 times while ringing up my transaction!! I figured she might be challenged in some way so I downplayed it but later heard her speaking appropriately with her coworkers and realized she was just an ill-mannered person that should not be dealing with the public. Very offensive.

so expensive just love finding a 1.25 item marked 4.99. So many items beyond over priced , yes it does help individuals but please it's donated . Such obvious signs of corporate greed Many people need these stores to actually be able to dress their children and have affordable items for families in need . A little girls dress for 6.99 and dollar store socks for 3.99 is not affordable. Do Better GOODWILL

WOW! Management has really turned this store around for the better. Everything is well organized, and they have a very good selection of clothes for fair prices. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the renovations they did on the place look beautiful. Definitely, coming here more in the future.

I've gone here a few times, mostly for glassware. Good finds and good prices, and as a Rowan student you can pay with Rowan bucks if you have any.

The employees are very friendly but have mentioned they look items up on Poshmark before pricing. Goodwill is not a consignment shop or a resale shop and the prices here especially have gotten absurd. Goodwill is 501C3 that receives inventory for FREE. I understand running a business has costs and there are charitable aspects to who/ how they employ. I used to spend 100-200 there weekly, but have stopped going almost entirely because of the ridiculous price gauging. The prices are now even surpassing resale value. I hope the store manager or whoever is responsible is replaced.

extremely rude employees. don't bother asking to use the dressing room, you'll be judged harshly.EDIT: so apparently the issue is "vandalism" in the dressing rooms. I wanted to try on a dress. Your poor excuse of a goodwill associate looked me up and down and scoffed at me, before saying the dressing rooms were closed and walking away from me. It was abnormal and uncalled for. Explain the issue to customers in person rather than making them want to leave.

The clothes are very expensive you can't try them on and if they don't fit you they are no longer to return back they are worse than the new stores

DON’T BOTHER COMING HERE ON SUNDAYS! YOU’LL WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!If you want to find a nice blouse, a pair of heels or a cute bag for $1.00 on a Sunday morning don’t bother visiting this store. You won’t find anything. There’s an African guy who “somehow” manages to fill three carts (overflowing!) with clothes, shoes and bags tagged with the colors of the week within 10-15 minutes after opening! I’m not kidding! leaving the racks practically empty of $1 items. Then he finds a discreet spot in a corner behind some racks where he patiently goes through the piles and piles of stuff deciding which ones he’ll take and which ones he’ll eventually return to the racks. Meanwhile you are going back and forth through the racks trying to find something nice unsuccessfully because he has three carts stuffed and hidden from you picking out the best items to send back to Africa.I complained to the cashier thinking they were unaware of the situation and he replied without even looking at me saying they knew all about it but couldn’t do anything because it’s on first come first serve basis. So, if you want to get yourself something nice for $1 on Sunday, be the before they open the store, somehow go through the racks within 10 minutes and find yourself something worth the trip before he snatches everything leaving everybody else looking like an idiot searching for a bargain. Or, find another store and avoid the damn frustration!!!
