I'm shocked by the low reviews and especially the reasons people are giving them. I recently stopped in, my first time and was not only impressed with the selection but the high end options as well. The pricing is fair and some priced as better than fair. They have limited selections available that elsewhere you can't find. I also had the rare chance to meet the owner, most owners not only never frequent their stores nor bother with speaking to the customers. Kevin was not only gracious but knowledge and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Anyone that has an issue don't leave a bad review make it known, give them the opportunity to make it right! Grateful to have such a shop where no matter the occasion or the price point I'm looking for, they CAN ACCOMMODATE!

I have been supporting this business for over 5 years already, and we host a lot of parties, equating to a lot of money. 2 days ago we purchased a pack of "Crooks" drinks. Never had it before. It was AWFUL, could not get this down. I told my husband we have to return this, I can't even serve this to guests. Anyway, my husband goes in and ask for a refund OR even an exchange. The manager not only refuses to refund $20, he refuses an exchange and treats my husband poorly with major lack of customer service. He did not seem bothered by losing a customer at all.

Not what it once was. Prices are on the higher side, selection is okay. When Hops and Grapes first opened here, this place was great. After the place changed names to what it is now, not so great. Not so long ago, I went to purchase a six pack and the price on the display tag was different than what it rung up as at the register. I was told that the display price was old and that they forgot to change it. They would not give me the price as advertised on the display so I left without the beer. Went back to see if anything changed, but it did not. If anything, it has gotten worse. I'm done with this establishment.
