She went above and beyond to assist me, saved me a trip to the bank by assisting me by phone and her customer service skills were impeccable, so warm, friendly and courteous. Very rarely do I have the opportunity to speak with someone in the customer service Industry that is sooo friendly. Thank you to her for that interaction! “I've read many negative reviews here but the only times I've ever had issues with the drive through moving too slow is not because of the tellers but because of the inconsiderate customers. If people would have their checks signed and their paperwork ready when they drive up it would make for a speedier check out. If you're one of those who needs a pen or deposit slips from the teller then you are the problem.”
