They have patched and fixed many tires that picked up screws dyring construction or were the victims of my driving.Prices are fair. My family has been loyal Mavis folks for years. “American Tire in Green Brook is the best auto repair shop around here hands down. And they have been like this consistently for years. Bob and Tommy at the service desk are both very personable and patient. I have observed this many times whenever I’m there, not only with me but with all the other customers around, be it on the phone or at the desk. AND being like this in the heat of being crazy busy…they maintain their friendliness and professionalism at all times.Tyler, the mechanic who worked on my car is real good and knows his stuff and he’ll even talk to you about what he did. I called for service and they came and fixed a tire on a skid steer that I rented within an hour of calling and took payment over the phone because I was at work and couldn’t pay in person. They called me when they were done to let me know. Great customer service!”

“We were on our vacation trip from Maryland way up to Vermont and one of our tires started to slowly fall apart. We frantically searched for a tire place while on the highway and this was the closest. How lucky did we get! We got there around 4pm on a Friday and the people were so friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. We ended up getting a whole set of tires since the current ones were old and we were back on the road after just one hour. What a great service! Thank you!”

“In short, Long Hill Auto in Millington is the tops! Due to some forgetfulness about bringing an electric car adapter, Long Hill readily agreed to allow several hours of charging at their facility. Moreover, while dropping off the electric car, a gas version had tires severely low on air. Despite their full work load for the day, they took the time to check the car’s computer generated TPMS and reset the “low pressure” code. The final piece de resistance was the addition of a small but useful bottle opener on the key chain with their name and phone number. And everyone could not have been more helpful or pleasant!! Give them your business; you will be glad you did! I’m”

Definitely better than the service that I'm used to receiving at Toyota. They do have a shuttle service as well as a few seats. And wifi. Unfortunately there are no desks to work, nor are there many outlets. Had a few snacks available + water.”

“Excellent customer service and mechanical work! They saved me THOUSANDS! How you might ask?? Story time! My son jumps in his '14 Ford Fusion (High mileage) and the dashboard is lit up like a Xmas tree. No power steering!I call around to a couple of local shops and they are honest - electric power steering needs a computer reset which they don't have and recommend going to a dealer. So, I went to the Ford dealer near me. Their diagnosis was a whole new steering rack is needed - $3,800!!!!I do some more googling to find Mark's specializes in fords so I call them. They can deal with the computer stuff so I bring it there. They do analysis (sent scan reports!) and discover the wire to the power steering motor was chewed off (rats!)! $500 to fix! Saved me over $3k.Great use of technology for the service. They email estimates with pictures and final bill! All very clear. (Going back to Ford with this info to get my diagnosis fee back!)Service is great (thanks Abbey, Mark and the team!).I really appreciate a well run, local, and competent business!!”
