They charge such a high price. I asked my manicurist about the price. She didn't know. This is the highest I've ever paid for a manicure?! Waxing prices are extremely expensive and not even done right. I still have hair on the area they waxed! What's going on here?!

NOT HAPPY!! Made an appt with someone only to be called a couple days before saying they will not be there so I requested another particular person. NOT who I got when I got there. Was getting a gel pedicure. Lady takes off old polish and proceeds to push my cuticles back dry. I said aren't you going to soak my feet she said "later". I wonder if she would have at all if I didn't say anything. She then proceeded to take a stone to my heels ...again dry. Now she painted them with the gel. Afterwards put my feet in the water for less than a minute. Drys them rushes some lotion on with a 30 second rub and is like on ur done. Never cut my cuticles or addressed any ingrown nails . Polish was uneven at cuticle line . I didn't want to prolong the agony so I just left. Worst pedicure ever !! My cuticles were left undone Polish has lumps in it! Definitely not going back! My boyfriend also went and was tortured with a painful pedicure and rushed also !

I live in Hoboken NJ, there's a salon on every block- and I still schedule nail appointments around visits home to my parents so I can go to Angel Tips! They take their time, the polish lasts longer than anywhere else I've been and it's always a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Fair prices with deals when you pay in cash and around holidays. Charlie is so friendly and Annie does an immaculate job- thank you for many great experiences!

I got a gel manicure for 36$ and this was definitely the bare minimum. They cut my cuticles and made my finger bleed which is not sanitary and can get infected. They also got the polish stuck from my nail to my skin leaving me to have to pick it off with my fingers, which was not fun. I would not recommend going to this nail salon. Although the staff is decent, they don’t ask questions on what you want they just go for it and do it wrong and not to your liking. This money was not worth the manicure and I would not waste my time on this place ever again.

Sindy is the best! She really cares about you personally. She is very kind and so is Charlie. I've had a wonderful facial.Annie is so great and funny. I also have to mention Sue,Kim, and Elaina!They go out of their way to make sure you leave happy.

Nail tech who did my pedicure gave me maybe 30 seconds to pick a color & seemed miserable throughout. Clipped entire cuticle off my big toe and went on to spray it with alcohol. Actual paint job was messy and my heels are in the exact same shape as they were when I left home before the salon. The music was also loud and not very relaxing. Staff at the desk is friendly and it’s clear that regulars have found the good techs since they seem to be happy.Prices are relatively low compared to other nail salons around, but you’re definitely getting the bare minimum. The service was underwhelming and I would be hesitant to pay for anything more than basic manicure or pedicure. I would not suggest going as a new customer. I will be going out of my way to carry on where I went before moving into town. Disappointed.

Had my nails done (gel manicure) for a trip abroad/family wedding. Got my nails done the morning of my flight and less than 48 hours later my first nail chipped. In less than a week I had 3 chipped nails. The wedding was only a week away from when I got my nails and by then a majority of my nails were chipped. I get manicures semi-often and this has been the worst one in YEARS. I went with other people and the other manicure was even worse than mine and an entire nail of gel polish came off in less than 72 hours. I was very disappointed with the service.

I have never reviewed a place before and this place was one of the worst places I’ve ever been. (If I could rate 0 stars I would) When doing my nails they were extremely hard and ended up cutting me multiple times to the point where I ended up bleeding. None of the materials were sterilized and had already been used before (it had gunk on it) then later used on the next person. Then the color didn’t match the example for the gel so I asked for another one which again did not match. Then moving on to the pedicure, it was almost like a five year old did it and it was their first time. Not only was it messy but also took way too long and used dirty materials again. The water was actually burning temperature and cut in the weirdest way possible I didn’t know it existed. Then during the massage she just starting tapping me with a rock at room temperature/cold which I didn’t quite understand. She also used literal hand soap to scrub the bottom of my feet at one point which didn’t make a lot of sense either but ya. When paining my nails must have used a new technique, or again must have not known what they were doing at all since it was put on in such a peculiar way. I still can’t believe a place like this still is in business. The polish looks horrible and the color never matched for a quite simple light/sage green color. From the beginning it was bad, as they made me wait 20 min in the chair despite there being two people available and I made an appointment. The person next to me finished after me despite me starting 20 minutes after her. They cut my cuticles so much it started to bleed. The whole place is unsanitary compared to every other nail salon on the area. The tools used were not new, and the ones used on me were then used on the person next to me. Just that makes it a 0 star review, I mean I am paying to get an infection at this point. I am appalled at this establishment- if they want to be this gross and painfully it should be free. In the end the polish looks horrible and is extremely messy. I asked for a specific color, when she came back with a different one I said no I want the one I chose, and the girl preceded to get angry and roll her eyes at me. I am paying for pain, attitude, and to be in a gross situation. NEVER again, and will never recommend this place to anyone, I suggest you do the same.Service: Pedicure

NEVER AGAIN. Something tells me the person who did my nails didn’t have enough practice in their craft! Super overpriced too! I got acrylics last week for Christmas, one nail already broke horizontally and a gem popped off, not even done a whole week! I don’t even work with my hands roughly. The nail art looks like an elementary school student did it. Never going here again!Services: Nail painting
