Back to assign door and wait in your truck, someone will bring papers out once done loading.If u wanna use washroom go to entrance between dock 33 and 32, have to sign in and someone will escorts you to washroom, and will outside of washroom to escort you back.They start loading my trailer right away, but its kinda in slow pace”

“4 stars because the broker and receiver didn't have there po number correct and I was stuck in a door for 3 hrs while they were trying to figure our the issue and get a new po number. Other than that it was a great experience. They unload very quick. Check-in with the guard, you'll get a door, and when you leave the guard does look in the back of the trailer. There's a portable restroom by the entrance. No overnight parking. There's a truck stop about 10 miles south off of i295 its a flying j. Drive safe drivers!!”
“Delivered here multiple times. As other reviews state there is plenty of overnight parking and the delivery is by appointment only. We usually arrive early and call to check in and they call back when a door is available.”

“DROP N HOOK location. They have empty trailers at drop yard down the road. Easy in and out of location. No overnight parking on site. You could possibly park on the trailer yard. ?????????”

“Exactly all the reviews are right that’s should how receivers work or shipper. I came around 1:40am saw that trucks are parked front of docks decided to park random door also and around 3am very gentle guy came out from office collected all the paperwork’s from all the trucks where ever you park just open your door stay on the same door and with in 40 minutes full load of produce empty. So satisfying with their service I wish all the wearhouse would be like that. So trucking would be one step easier. Thank you”
