“When I tell you this is a top notch business I mean it. We broke down on our way to a wedding, we called desperate for someone to see our car. Denise was so kind and let us come over. They checked out our car and told us where eat and have a beer while we waited. They fixed our old car for a reasonable price and on time. They told us an hour and a half and it was just under 90 minutes. Finding a mechanic that keeps its word in this day and age is rare. We wish we were locals or they were closer to us. If we ever have car problems in the Philadelphia area we will only go to MacGarrigle.”

“I may have reviewed before but I continue to be impressed by how fair and honest they are. The work is fairly priced and they have never done anything that was not absolutely necessary. There have been several occasions that he had the opportunity to upsell me on services or parts and didn’t. I highly recommend them but don’t be shocked if there’s a wait, there must be many others that only go to schooners.”

“They saved me over $1000 that would have been spent unnecessarily at another establishment. I was lied to at the other place, but my wife went here and took my car in for me. They took care of everything we needed in a very timely manner, and even with what was needed didn't try to bleed us dry. We paid a very reasonable proce for the work. It feels good to be able to trist someone with somethong as imprtant as your vehicle. It can often be a matter of life or death for you and your family. We will be going here from now on!”
“I frequent this station because Sunoco across the street is always a madhouse. Service at window is good. The only thing I don't like is the pump handles don't lock so I have to hold the handle the entire time especially when it's bad weather outside.”
“I always appreciate a Technician who goes the extra mile. I went in for an oil change and a free car wash on a recommendation from a friend. The technician not only completed the oil change but noticed two areas that needed immediate attention. My car had been idling high, running hard and sucking gas like a new born baby being breast fed. Given the fact that the car made an uncomfortable noise I went with one of the two additional recommendations and the sound was gone. The other recommendation given was not addressed at Wash N Lube because that work was done at another shop and apparantly not well. Since it is still under warranty I'm taking it back to get it done right. I definitely love a mecganux/technician who goes the extra mile. By the way the car wash was impeccable. I will be back at Upper Darby WashNLube.”
“I love this fuelling station, I highly trust the fuel quality.The attendants are always very pleasant.BUT, there's a problem with the newly installed digital vacuum and air machine-------while the handheld piece is easier to operate, the way the pressure reader is located makes it difficult to see the tire pressure, you can't even see it when dealing with the rear tires and the tires on opposite side of the car ---I don't bother to deal with my tire pressure here any more ---I go to the gas stations with manual pressure machines.”

“I took my son's truck in for Pennsylvania inspection and asked the owner Chris to perform a list of extra work I felt needed to be done as the truck is 20 years old. He went over the list and assured me the work would all be completed and provided me with an estimate. I agreed and they took the truck in a day later. Due to the long list of work I requested, I expected them to have the vehicle for 2 or 3 days. Chris called me midway through day 3 and informed me that the shocks they ordered were running late and should get there later in the day and his guys would do their best to get it done. I told him I'd rather give them the truck an extra day so his guy doesn't rush through it. All the work was done and I picked up the truck and was given the bill. It was about $100 over the estimate and I understood why. The older vehicles sometimes other things pop up and add to the time. Hence, "estimate". I felt I was treated fairly and honestly. 2 weeks afterwards, there was an issue with the air conditioning system that I discussed with Chris I felt could have been caused as a result of something being disconnected while the work was performed. He agreed and took the truck in immediately and remedied it within a few hours at no charge. I felt that way very fair. I will use this shop again in the future because I felt like I was treated well and I was happy with the workmanship. It's extremely difficult to find a shop that makes you feel comfortable using and although I've been using this location for 5+ years, this was my first time with Chris as the new owner. “Great Service! I had a nail in my tire out of the blue. I called Bruno’s Service Center on a Saturday afternoon and they said to bring my car right down. I was in and out within 30 minutes with patched tire. It was greatly appreciated and really helped me out with a fast turnaround and a more than fair price.”
“Honest, reasonable, and reliable. I've had lots of different services here, and all were done very reasonably. Years ago, my father, who worked in the automotive industry for over 35 years, told me that if you can find an honest mechanic who does great work, don't lose them. Once, when we took our kids to see Santa at the mall, our battery died, and Bryan came to the mall to give us a jump. That isn't even a service they provide. He didn't charge us either. This just shows what a great business they are! All the guys there are great, too. Each mechanic is skilled and certified. This is also a business that's been in our community for decades.”
