He took my car to the wash and removed the front license plate holder for me as well.After he reset my check engine light, he had me come back twice to make sure the monitors were recalibrated and ready for inspection. “I was in quite a pickle with my car needing a new timing chain and ultimately a new engine. (It seems that most of my local shops don't do work on timing chains.) Pat and Kelly were amazing at helping me through the whole process, from getting my car to their shop, sourcing a replacement engine, quotes about the work, and accurate estimates about the time frame for completion as well as cost. I live over an hour away from West Deptford Auto, but I wouldn't hesitate to take my car there again.”
“Five stars doesn't seem like enough to show my appreciation and opinion of a company that just wants to do the right thing for their customers. I wish I had known about them sooner but they just saved me a bunch of money that I would have paid for unnecessary repairs at Murphy Ford. Turns out that what Murphy Ford said was turbocharger or transmission problems was actually a disconnected turbocharger hose (that Murphy disconnected during a recall). Mechanic at all phase took time out to look at it (no appointment), found and fixed the problem in 10 minutes and wouldn't even charge me! I'll never go anywhere else.”
