Dr. Winkler was absolutely amazing from the consultation, surgery to the recheck, he made sure that we knew what to expect and checked on her during her healing process. The front desk staff helped me navigate using my pet insurance for the first time. They made everything so easy. I would absolutely recommend the Redbank Animal Hospital in Mount Laurel as they have amazing doctors and customer service.”
“Thursday was one of the worse days of my life. My husband and I had to say goodbye to our 15 year old little buddy, Mojo. I have been dreading this day for awhile. We had Mojo and his sister, Molly, since they were eight weeks old. We lost Molly last year and I couldn't imagine being without Mojo too. I am so very grateful to Dr. Matt and Becky for helping us through this very difficult task. They were patient, compassionate, and skilled. They spent so much time talking with us and with getting to know Mojo. Thanks to them, Mojo passed peacefully in my arms in the rocking chair that he and I spent so much time in. The Dr. and Vet Tech explain everything to the T and will answer any and all questions that you many have. Haddon Vet is affordable as well compared to the other places that I've been to. “For starters, the receptionist who answered the phone and walked me through the whole process was very caring, and took her time explaining to me everything that I needed and wanted to know. I just relocated to NJ from NY, and I was very weary about taking my fur baby to a new vet. Dr. McGuigan and his staff put my mind at ease right away! The Dr. came in and immediately sat on the floor with dog, Bruiser. You could tell that he really enjoys and loves what he does for a living. I didn’t feel rushed, and he walked me through everything in a way I could understand, and we set up a plan for our next visit. Bruiser has bad anxiety, and I could tell that he felt very relaxed at this office. Bruiser and I will definitely be back! 5 stars from me, and 4 paws from Bruiser! ❤️”

“We are a new client, with 3 rabbits. One of my rabbits was experiencing distressing symptoms, and 15 minutes after I called, I was on my way in for an ER visit. Altogether I was there for about 35 minutes, which included an X-ray and a diagnosis from Dr. Sevola. Julia explained the treatment, medications and next steps clearly. Compassionate, mindful of your time and we will definitely be coming here in the future.”

“Dr. Sheehan & his staff are amazing! I have brought numerous dogs to Dr. Sheehan; some my personal furry companions & some my shelter pups. He has never turned down a dog that has needed to be seen. Sean is fantastic handling all the tough pups that I have brought in. My most recent dog, Duke, does not make trips to the vet easy. Dr. Sheehan has worked out a plan that is the safest and best for Duke & his staff. They are fantastic!”
“I switched to Village Vet after not being totally satisfied with my previous vet (the same one my parents used) so I began researching different clinics and their reviews. When I came upon village vet, there was positive after positive after positive review and I knew they must be special. The front office ladies are always wonderful. Dr. Pehrman was the doctor we had on our first visit, and she completely blew me away! She was genuine, kind, soft spoken, explained everything very well, was extremely thorough, and listened to everything I had to say. I left that day knowing I found the right place (my parents also switched). I can also say the very same for Dr. Andrew who we’ve seen and worked with multiple times. He is extremely knowledgeable and I always feel like my dog has the best care possible. We also recently met Dr. Ryan and had a great experience with her at our visit as well. Thank you village vet for all you do for my fur baby.”

“We recently switched to Larchmont Animal Hospital from another local vet as we moved to the area. Several of our friends recommended the Larchmont Animal Hospital for our 11 year old yorkie. We are absolutely over the moon excited that we decided to come here! Dr. Helfat was amazing and took the time to explain everything to us. Our last vet was always trying to push services on us, so much so that we felt like they were used car salesman. Not here!!! Dr. Helfat was patient and didn't try and push anything on us that we weren't comfortable with. We even went in saying our girl needed blood work. Dr. Helfat said she didn't need it since she just got it done last year and was in perfectly good health! Any other vet would have pushed for the blood work to make a few extra bucks! It's taken us awhile but we are so happy we found a local vet we know we can trust.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this practice! They were so wonderful to my fur babies, Riley and Peanut, for the respective 13 and 10 years that I had each dog. Dr. Luke was the only vet I ever trusted their care with, as he’s always been professional, compassionate, and honest. Riley and Peanut passed away within five months of each other last year (2023), and everyone in this office signed two beautiful cards that I was sent after I lost each pet. “The compassion of the team that works here knows no bounds. The way they rooted for my dog Roscoe through an impossible situation really brought joy to his final months. They did everything they could to prolong his life and ended up getting us 5 additional months with our boy when we thought we'd lose him back in October. I can't recommend them enough. Your animal will be lucky to be cared for by a team, including everyone from the front desk crew to the vets themselves, who genuinely care about them as more than just a patient. “When you drive up there's a little farm with some cute and fairly obscure (for NJ) animals out there. The lobby is really nice (albeit BRIGHT at 3am and freezing cold). The prices seem fair for an emergency room. And I presume they did a good job taking care of my dog. But I do have one huge pet peeve (pun intended). While everyone was professional, no one gave me the warm and fuzzies. I've had a lot of pets and a lot of vets. This one kept us waiting for over 3 hours with zero updates. We had no idea if it was going to be 5 min or 5 hours. When asked they advised we were next but were not seen for over another 2 hours. I want more seriously injured dogs to be taken before mine but a heads up would have been nice. This essentially kept us on the hook and mislead us into staying there when there was another 24 hour place that could have taken us much quicker very close by. And at 3 am, getting seen quickly is important. although I don't believe they intentionally mislead us, but rather didn't feel like being bothered as we had seen plenty of front desk people that had plenty of time to spare. They didn't have treats available, which was 100 necessary to get my uncomfortable dog to do what was needed. And also they didn't seem to engage with any of the dogs like I'm used to seeing with a vet and their staff. Not a single "good boy" was heard in the entire time I was there. Not the end of the world but when I've shown up at any other vet in the past, it's a much warmer feeling. This was ice cold. For that reason they would never be my first choice for another emergency but I also wouldn't be opposed to going back if I had to.”
