Lady at the front was extremely rude and acted like she is the United States postmaster by not accepting my one size to small box but was so gracious to accept the package that I overpaid for.. don’t go here and go to Voorhees

These people are fine unless you have something special like an insurance claim or try to cash a postal money order ?

My favorite Post Office in the area! While it may not have a 24/7 lobby with a shipping kiosk and dropbox for packages, the ladies who work here are wonderful! I really like that it's small and never crowded, unlike the USPS on Centennial Blvd in Voorhees. Plus, the staff in Gibbsboro are always pleasant and you never feel rushed! IF you need all of the bells and whistles, go to the USPS in Voorhees, but if you just want to get in and out quickly to mail letters or a package, get stamps, or check your P.O. Box, this is where to go!

I stopped by yesterday and Mary was terrific! I asked and received help with receipts and with access to my P.O. Box, I forgot my key. The only negative, no reflection on the staff, was I couldn't post a thank you on the USPS website. I tried scanning my receipt, visiting the site and finally calling to let someone, anyone, know how pleased I was.Again, thank you Mary for being a ray of sunshine!

Mary is the most helpful postmaster I've ever met. She helped me place the extra postage I needed to place on my wedding invitations due to them weighing a little over an ounce so I can get back to work before my lunch break ended. Thank you Mary!

Really rude customer service. Didnt get to see the lady’s name but she was super rude telling me to fix the boxes exactly how they were when I was trying to find one to fit my package. I didnt even make any type of mess. Only three top boxes were a little tilted. Another thing she was super rude about was because my paid postage was 3oz more than my label. She said ‘’how do u do this because you cant be doing this if its more you gotta pay for a scale if you want to do this at home’ but he tone of voice was not pleasant. I ended up paying $20 more on a postage because they didnt hve enough boxes with thr right size just so i could get out of that toxic environment and never come back again. I dont even write reviews but after my experience Today i had to.

My package wasn't sent to the correct address. They sent it to my house instead. Even though the receipt stating the correct destination.

I use this post office almost every day and I absolutely love it. All the staff there are always so pleasant and helpful. The staff is fast and efficient as well so I never really have to wait long as opposed to other post offices I have visited. This is my main post office that I use from now on because I've had nothing but Pleasant experiences there. I would like to thank the staff there for all their help and hard work.

This post office is a disgrace. I received a package a few days ago that had 2 labels on it. On one side there was one addressed to me and on the other side there was one addressed to someone in Kansas. USPS informed delivery showed that I had a package delivered to my house. I opened the package and it was not an item that I ordered. I brought it to this location and explained the situation and I was told that I would have to pay the shipping to get the package to the rightful owner because I opened it. I declined and said that I would just throw the package away because the package was addressed to me and tracking showed that it was delivered to me. The other tracking number on the package showed in “enroute†online. Why would they expect me to pay for a package that was addressed to me and also showed delivered to me through the USPS informed delivery service? When I asked where my package was they could give me no answer and basically said it's up to me to find it. They ended up taking the package at no charge and sending it back to the initial shipper. I would never use this location again.

Customer service? Seemed like I was bothering the workers to do their jobs.
