Considering a lawsuit for harassment. Continuous phone calls from Mike Deangelis..... even blocked this fool and he calls from another number. They harass complete strangers (I never solicited their services!). I see where they never respond to people who actually have business with them but are HUNTING complete strangers. I'll be getting everyone who is in my circle and able to witness this horrible behavior to give them a 1 start. You guys are taking a trip on the legal train in t-minus 24 hours. Tell Mike to grow up!!! Now you have a liability because I'm not coming after just him, if I'm going to have to spend my time and money, I'm sending a message to this entire company. Clearly you all teach these morons this is acceptable conduct.

Thank you so much to John and his team for taking care of all of our mortgage needs! John was absolutely incredible throughout this process and was always so quick and prompt with his responses and made the process very easy.

Communication was great in the beginning of the process. Very helpful. It kind of fell off towards closing, with me having to call and ask for information I needed. My suggestion would be to have a point person to handle dissemination of what is needed and communication. We did get it done, but it added to the stress of the move.

If I could give minus zero stars I would I talked to a girl that was nice on the phone initially she put me on hold because maybe she didn’t know the information. Barb(the VP) very rude asked you what you are calling for and doesn’t let you get a word in. I have a Lien still open from a couple years ago that they never reported to the county to close it. You now have in writing I requested you to do your job. Lmk when you do. And you are the vice president lol

Greentree Mortgages Company was absolutely amazing! Me and my fiancé are first time home owners, so obviously that comes with a lot of questions! We were helped out as needed and talked to with respect! Would definitely recommend!

Recently purchased a home and was given Greentree as the place to go. At first everyone was friendly and helpful. I had to pay off some outstanding balances so we could obtain a mortgage which the title company surety title was responsible for at closing. I've contacted by email and left messages for the loan officer in the Egg Harbor Twp office and all he does his forward e.ails to the assisted Manager at the title company. It's been two months since settlement and my issues have not been resolved. I would never recommend them to anyone. Oh and after two weeks from closing they sold my mortgage to Amerihome. The staff at the EHT office are horrible!

I would give them a zero if possible. We were selling a property and the buyer was working with Greentree. We were told numerous times over 2 months (a full month past date escrow SHOULD have closed) that the loan was approved and it finally fell through. Feel sorry for the person trying to buy our property, they lost their earnest money .

William and Anthony were on call the holiday weekend I found the home I wanted. They got me a preapproval letter the next day and followed me through our long closing process. Will made sure I didn't lose my lock in rate and everything felt easy. Amanda and Marilyn were thorough also. I especially appreciated Will's bilingual skills at our closing.

I would give this company 0 stars , if I could. The loan officer Harris Schechtman is very unprofessional. I would not recommend to deal with him to anyone. Stay away.

Worked with greentree on refinancing. Really easy to work with, Jeremiah answered my questions in a timely fashion and walked me through the whole process. They even sent someone to my house to finish up filling out paperwork since my availability was bad. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know.
