So I am a person with Extreme anxiety and panic attacks. And getting a haircut is one of my triggers. So I wasn’t sure how a new place that I’m trying would do. I wait as I rock back and fourth. The lady who just finished this old person hair ended up looking like a grandpa haircut but 10x worse than that. The haircutter was mindlessly cutting the persons hair as well tryna fix her horrendous job. So I sat there almost in a full blown panic attack. Once I saw that man’s hair OH HELL NAH. I left that store in two secs even tho everybody was looking at me. This store me me nervous and honestly I’m scarred for life thanks to this place. I just got up and left this bizzar place.

Come here all the time. They take notes on how you like your hair cut so it’s always the way you want it. New management is super friendly and very accommodating. Never waited more than a few minutes as a walk in customer only.

Never leave without being happy with cut. I've gone to many "FastFood" hair cutters. None of them can compare to the haircuts at Sport Clips in GARWOOD, NJ.The staff is great!

Used to use Tina. She was great. I think she isn’t there anymore. Anyway last 2 trips, including today, they simply ignore the order of reservation. Send texts, “your next”, please be in store by such and such a time Get there. Top of list. Then 2 people taken in front of me. One a walk in. They have no regard for the posted order. Just take whoever is there. I’ll never use again.Don’t trust the appointment system. Even when they text you 3 times to confirm.Tina, if you’re there, or read this, let us know where you went.Service: Haircut

Don't waste your money I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could terrible haircut.. thank God I didn't let them touch my beard. It looks like my 5 year old did this that's both sides of my head dies that look even. Do not waste your money here.

Only one person gives good cut she is never available. Owner doesn't care about customers won't call you back about bad cuts or lack of quality employees.

Convenient that you can mark your name on their waitlist virtually but that’s where the attention to the customer experience ends; lady that cut my hair was extremely unpleasant to deal with, not patient and at the end just plain rude — no business being in the customer service industry.
