I only used this body shop because they were recommended by USAA but the customer service was exceptionally poor. First, I made an appointment for an estimate and there was no record of me setting up the appointment. Got an estimate which was several hundred dollars more than another estimate I received. The difference in estimates was the number of hours for body repair because the sheet metal is aluminum, but that was noted on the other estimate as well. I had heard the work and service was good so I decided to have the repair work done here. After I dropped off the car, I did not receive any updates from their text message system. Correction, I received a text message that the car was ready after I picked it up. I had to call for a status well before that to find out the car was ready. They charged me an extra $45 to clear an error message that popped up when they reinstalled the headlamp. (Seriously?) When I asked about the additional charge, the estimator, Ryan, was incredibly rude about the additional charge. He said the original estimate was just that an estimate and this was additional work and he needed to pay his worker for this "additional" work. When I dropped off the car and picked it up there were no customers in the front of the body shop and now I know why.

They do very good body work, and the customer service is amazing. I dealt with Ryan a majority of the time. He's very professional, and very pleasant to deal with. The body work came out perfect.

Dropped off with there drop box, it was done before estimated date, received text messages almost daily with progress reports and got it back a day early. Paid over the phone never ever saw anyone. And it looks brand new. Hopefully won't have to use again......

2020 Civic Si looked pristine after I got it back. Good, friendly service. They worked in conjunction with my insurance and Enterprise to make the process as seamless as possible. Definitely recommend.

Horrible experience dealing with this body repair shop. My SUV had minor damage on the rear passenger door that they said would take about 2 weeks to repair. However it took 2 months for them to return my car due to them (Lauren) overestimating the repair cost to the insurance company. Would not recommend them in the future.

Brian was amazing to work with. T he staff was very friendly and answered all questions. They kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and it was ready quicker than promised. They also made it easy to coordinate a rental. Brian took great care of everything and I would highly reccomend Son's!

Have to share this very bad experience.Took my my mother car to get repairs which they fix the damage. But I always check the body of car to make sure it was done correctly all around. To my surprise there was huge dent on side of the car that wasn't there so if I didn't bring this to there attention this would of been left. Glad I didn't left lot this was only way I was able to prove they cause unnecessary and careless damage which they fix. Cause time and stess which no one should feel. I will never go again or recommend.Service: Painting

The autobody work is great. However, there's two elements for the company to improvement: communication and mechanical. I've had to reach out to them many times to get updates. Furthermore, I was not notified when the wrong product was received and my car would be delayed 10 days. From the mechanical side, the car had issues when I picked it up. Small issues, the hood latch light, AC, and odor in the car; I went back twice for the AC. For the odor in the car, they replaced the cabin filter at no charge, which I appreciated. The employees are nice and hope they fix some of these areas of improvement.

Unfortunately before even having my car serviced, I was rudely called by the office staff (Lauren). I understandably was declined on Saturday from leaving my car on their lot due to policy. However I was not going to drive my damaged vehicle in bad weather to make matters worse.Instead of asking my situation with me choosing to rent a vehicle prior to insurance coverage, it was assumed that I was not aware of coverage policies or liabilities. She went so far as to ask me where my current vehicle was as if I was doing something wrong. Moreover she felt the need to “let me know” rather than survey what I did know. Her tone was condescending and rude. This is a friendly reminder to be mindful of the approach of a business in the event of an already troubling situation of having a car accident. It is my hope that they improve in such.
