Best pet store around. The employees make this store 5 star every time you go there or e en on the phone. Also have very experienced people on staff that can help you with a variety of issues and advice. Always helpful and more than willing to help you out. Really a great place. My puppy loves it too.

I think this is the best place in Garwood to purchase pet supplies. It is affordable and the variety of brands is a huge plus. Employees are always pleasant and so is corporate. I am always pleased with my purchases, and the discounts offered in their reward plan surpasses other places in the area by far.

Poor customer experience. Was trying to use the coupon code i found online, but the cashier refused to enter the code. Then I went to a different PSP store, and the cashier There had no problem at all helping me check out with the code.Wasted 1hr of my time in this Garwood store. Not recommend at all.

Nice, clean and organize place. The wash station is in open space but it’s fenced. I took my dog for a wash. The station was fully equipped with washing supplies, towel etc.

Great place to take our dog for self-service washes. The facilities are spacious and clean; towels and treats are provided. The price ( $25 for a 5-washes package) is unbeatable!The staff at the store are so friendly. Our dog loves to come here!
