Count your medication when you get home. I’ve been shorted medication more than a few times. Impossible to get through to pharmacy- expect to be on hold for at least 15 minutes. CVS should be ashamed of this level of customer service.

Corporate needs to fund this location more hours for coverage and help these associates in the pharmacy. I waited 40 minutes on the phone to see when my rx would be ready. I couldnt take the hold music any longer and hung up. Went to the location and the line was 6 people deep. I get to the counter, poor guy had to deal with my grumpiness to no fault of his own. He told me systems were down today but he would have my rx ready in 15 minutes. It’s actually only took 7 minutes but I had to go back on line that was now 10 people deep. Please corporate, help you’re people. They shouldn’t have to deal with grumpy people.

This pharmacy makes me feel like I'm in a black mirror episode... At some point, I recognized that they were understaffed but they are now in the practice of simply not answering calls. I have prescriptions sent here on a monthly basis, and there is a problem every single month when it comes time to refill. So because of them not answering their calls, I'm forced to make multiple trips just to ASK what is going on with the status of the medication just to be turned away for a number of different excuses. My own DOCTOR is not even able to get through to this pharmacy. I've called corporate. They don't care so in turn the employees also don't. I hate to complain and be a 'Karen' but this is incredibly frustrating for a person who is constantly in pain and unable to travel easily. It feels borderline unethical the way this pharmacy runs. It is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I just want my prescriptions filled efficiently. The staff will look at you like YOU are wrong and the crazy one when I bring up these issues. Not even an \\\"I apologize\\\". This pharmacy just needs to be closed down. Maybe a complaint to the Board of Pharmacy might make a difference.

Place barely had stuff on the shelf and the pharmacy here is stupid. Changed medicine which they accepted it but claim they never got it. And claim they busy to call up the doctors office.

I’m new to the area and my script was filled at my old CVS out of state. I called to have it moved here so i could pick it up locally and was told it was picked up several days prior, which is physically impossible as no one here would have the information required to do so. I conveyed this to the pharmacist who insisted that all CVSs are connected so she can see they have no script for me, and that my only option is to get a new script and pay out of pocket. They did not offer to help sort out the issue, to check the info they looked up a second time to confirm it was the right account, or acknowledge this could be their mistake. Called my old CVS shortly after who confirmed they have it ready and waiting as expected—long story short go elsewhere if you can.

On hold forever. They leave me 5000 messages when they have a prescription ready for me, but never pick up when I call about the status or have a question. I'm moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I am 76 yes old and really don't want to do the video. I received EXCEPTIONALCUSTOMER SERVICE from a woman named EWA. A nice young man tried to help me but he couldn't and immediately got EWA.She assessed the situation and knew exactly what to do and whst to ask me for. I live in Roselle and I am literally 3 mon away from the CVS there. I drive Garwood because I have always received FANTASTICK help there. You have a great staff there. It's worth the ride and your store is always clean and well stocked and the customer service is outstanding!!!!
