“I got a crack in my car windshield. Angels service came to my house next day. Their pricing was very reasonable. But Angel contacted Allstate - my insurance company - and set-up that Allstate will pay for the windshield replacement, no cost to me. They did a good job in the less in one hour. Very nice people. “Have used MAB in the past with no issues. Was recently hit while parked so had to get my Subaru back bumper & tail light replaced. State Farm had MAB on their list of approved repair shops (thank goodness). JP & everyone else on the team were very courteous & easy to work with & they were able to order the parts fairly quickly (a week) and then turn around the repair work within 2 days. They even buffed out other minor scratches. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they also vacuumed out the inside driver & passenger sides so it was nice & clean when I picked my car up. They kept me updated on the status of my repairs via text & email. They also do offer short distance rides which I appreciated but didn't need. I highly recommend them. MAB is a family owned & run company with a long history in Madison so I am happy to support them with my business.”

“If you want your chain jerked call the company with the non stop jingle on tv and radio. If you want a company that knows customer service call Superglass Windshield Repair in Linden. I called late in the afternoon and left a message. Nick called me back in less than 15 minutes. Explained my situation. Was given a quote and appointment the next day. It was hotter than hell and Nick was able to repair my windshield on an awful afternoon. You can't see the damage after the repair. “I had my car serviced by Woodbridge Auto Body due to a minor collision from someone rear ending my car. Everyone that I had an encounter with was pleasant and thoroughly explained the details of the process for repair and answered any questions that I had. After my car was ready for pickup, there was a minor incident that happened before I retrieved my car. The manager, Dmitriy, reached out to inform me of what happened. While I was a little frustrated about the situation, Dmitriy assured me that he would take care of it immediately. I truly appreciate his integrity in communicating with me about the damage because it was so minor that I may not have noticed it without notification. Or at least not right away. “Freak one car accident resulted in front end of very low mileage 2013 CAMRY XLE to be 95% separated from body without apparent mechanical damage. Some obvious damaged or broken grille, lights, hardware.I have no fair way to compare Premier Collision to any other shop except my insurance company requires a specific appraiser to review and approve claim. Using another shop would require a “Field Appraisal” or a couple of days delay. I opted to use the recommend vendor, Premier.I hoped for very fast repair but expected the usual delays. Assess damage, prepare estimates, await approvals, order parts, receive parts, schedule staff assignments, complete repairs. Add in the pre and post Christmas season, and I was able to accept 24 days from the day, 12/9, that the car was towed to Premier and 1/2/24, the day Kayla from Premier called to tell me the car was ready and picked me up at home because of family emergency.Kayla and Operations manager, Willie, were responsive to my inquires and very understanding of my concerns. I recognize the difficulty in providing status reports when there is reliance on numerous outside partners, especially during the “holiday” season.I would definitely recommend Premier to a friend for consideration.”
