“Freak one car accident resulted in front end of very low mileage 2013 CAMRY XLE to be 95% separated from body without apparent mechanical damage. Some obvious damaged or broken grille, lights, hardware.I have no fair way to compare Premier Collision to any other shop except my insurance company requires a specific appraiser to review and approve claim. Using another shop would require a “Field Appraisal” or a couple of days delay. I opted to use the recommend vendor, Premier.I hoped for very fast repair but expected the usual delays. Assess damage, prepare estimates, await approvals, order parts, receive parts, schedule staff assignments, complete repairs. Add in the pre and post Christmas season, and I was able to accept 24 days from the day, 12/9, that the car was towed to Premier and 1/2/24, the day Kayla from Premier called to tell me the car was ready and picked me up at home because of family emergency.Kayla and Operations manager, Willie, were responsive to my inquires and very understanding of my concerns. I recognize the difficulty in providing status reports when there is reliance on numerous outside partners, especially during the “holiday” season.I would definitely recommend Premier to a friend for consideration.”
“I do not recommend getting into a car accident, but if it happens, I 1000000% recommend Straightline. From the moment I walked in for my estimate, the customer service was top notch to say the least. From the awesome ladies up front, to the guys explaining what had to be done, they were awesome. They texted me updates along the way, and my car was ready almost a week before they said it would. This is literally the complete opposite of every other body shop experience I have ever had. They handled every detail before I even asked, and my car came back brand new (and washed!) Thanks guys for making this an easy, seamless and impressive experience.”

“Excellent experience with the entire staff. From the owner, to the office manager to the head tech everyone was professional, prompt, and excellent in their service. I came in for a minor frame repair, and got a fair estimate. The final cost came in under the quote, and they did all the little extras that make the difference like using better screws than OEM, and liberally applying frame protection all around the job site, and related areas. “I’ve been having the worst luck with my vehicle lately. I was driving down 1-9 & felt that my car was off, then heard an unusual thumping sound that I have never heard before & then a strong odor. Luckily it happened right before I passed this shop and luckily the shop was less than a minute after this happened. Panicking inside I stopped and spoke with the Guys (managers/owner) & told them what was going on. They were ON IT! They checked out my vehicle. Got a quick diagnostics & told me what was wrong and even brought me in and showed me. They were very Thorough & Knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate which wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be & went to work. It was painless. The atmosphere is comfortable as well. I was very satisfied with the business, their work, & the hospitality. I think it was meant that I find this place. JJ Bergamo will be my new spot. I look forward to doing future work with them! “Recently took my boyfriend vehicle to Auto Body Tech it was our first time, after the car was involve in a motor vehicle accident. They were very friendly specially Miguel who was the one that from day one to the last day call to the insurance company took care of the matter, he did a great job. “I feel awkward even having to leave a review based on incomplete repair … we picked up our vehicle after being called and told it was ready .. only to find that the car had begun smoking 20 minutes after driving back home … we were told to observe it over the weekend as it was likely just water on or in the hoses being expelled since the radiator had been replaced when (Infact this looks to be antifreeze that I am wiping off that seems to be splashing everywhere under the hood). I come out this morning and peek under the hood to top the vehicle off with windshield fluid and notice and entire section of the air intake assembly was not properly secured to the vehicle.. I should not be able to
Lift this section almost a foot away from where it should be secured by bolts…this is frustrating since we returned our rental and now will have no clue of the length of time it may take to have this fixed the RIGHT way ‼️
