I wasn't able to get my prescription filled at another pharmacy close to my home so I called Better Life, the young lady I spoke to was so kind and cheerful. It was such a pleasure talking to her and she was extremely helpful in making sure my medication would be there after I had my physician transfer the prescription. When I arrived to get my medication, every staff member was so friendly and helpful. I didn't mind driving almost thirty minutes. The kind treatment I received, it was worth it. Thank you ALL!!

I am so happy I switched to Better Life pharmacy! Everyone there is so nice and friendly. It is very easy to call and speak to someone quickly which I love. They make getting and picking up prescriptions so quick and easy. I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent Service, very friendly people behind the counter, Pharmacist was Courteous and took her time to explain all my meds to me, and the possible side effects. I totally recommend this Pharmacy in Garwood to everybody.

Went to this pharmacy because it was one of the only places with available covid tests. However, I now understand why there were available appointments at this pharmacy. I just don’t know why they are still in business. They are unprofessional and not cordial. Having to go get tested when not feeling well is bad enough to in top of it have to deal with individuals who are rude and unprofessional. Hopefully they can train their staff better to be more compassionate and professional.01.18.2022, I’m updating this rating from two stars to one after receiving a rude response from the owner which is a clear reflection of the lack of professionalism exercised by this business. Further, the test she/he claims is “free” is not free, she is getting reimbursed by the state and simply because you think I did not pay for it it doesn’t mean that you have the liberty to mistreat customers or take advantage of them, the state or the current pandemic crisis. There is a reason you have several one star ratings. Instead of overreacting to the reviews, you should learn and analyze what you can do better not only for your business and staff members but also for you as an individual. I’m sure that the better business bureau and state reports would make a change to your attitude. There are so many other pharmacies offering the “free test” you claim and now we know why they don’t have availability and you do.by the way, the test results with your pharmacy took 6 days.

Love this place! Have been tested there several times. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and testing us done quickly and efficiently! They also have a great selection of vitamins and other health-related items. Very neat and clean.
