“Norm's knowledge on their appliances was outstanding. We stuck the budget we had and found the right refrigerator for us. Now comes the day of delivery. The crew was thee... most professional group I've come across. They took the hydraulic pistons off the storm door, they also took the front door off as an added measure of safety. They reattached the water line for the ice maker. They took all the plastic and tape found inside the doors and compartments. The big box companies shy away from doing anything besides delivering the appliances. Stick with local businesses like Richmond Appliances. You cannot go wrong”

“Our sales rep in the West Orange, NJ showroom Robert Masi was very helpful. It was such a challenge to find a new fridge that would fit in the small space of our old house and through the narrow doorways, but Ferguson was able to make it happen. Also the delivery guys David & Walter from Lapa Trucking LLC made the delivery quick & painless, and were respectful of our property. Not a single scratch or dent to the new appliance, and no damage to our property. We are extremely happy customers & will definitely go back.”

“I have been coming here on and off for years since I moved to the area. These guys are honest, and knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help their customers. Plus small businesses are what keeps our country going and what helped make this country. Also if you need a sump pump the pumps they sell are great! The one I bought back in 2007 is still going strong I think I got my money's worth after 16 years.”

“I deleted what I posted previously about my experience at Astro. I had put a 1 star review and was upset with the way things went but Brian from Astro called me and we had a great conversation. He made things whole in my mind and refunded me for things that I should not have been charged for. He was very reasonable and apologetic for the things that didn't go as I would expect. And explained the billing and why it is written the way it is. My opinion was changed. I appreciate a company that will take the time to explain what happened and why and make things right. Thanks Brian. Hopefully I'll see you soon for my next rental.”
“Irene is a manager at this store who makes sure everyone is taken care of. Always greets me with a smile too and a nice hello. The ladies in this particular store are the most knowledgeable employees I have ever experienced at any Home Depot franchise. This is my favorite location. They are always so helpful. Colonia is my go to store.”
“I had an issue with the owner in the Plainfield location after he attempted to bully me into purchasing additional insurance that I declined numerous times. I called corporate, filed a complaint and was referred to the Perth Amboy location and referred to Ellis, the owner/store manager. This was the best thing that could’ve happened. He was very polite, courteous, and patient while he transferred all my info from the other location and even scheduled a pickup from Plainfield.. He kept in touch w/me and I had the furniture in less than a week. If you’re in the Plainfield area don’t choose that location out of convenience. Choose Ellis and the Perth Amboy location!!!”
“This review is long overdue.I'm very grateful for Fred's small engine. I have been going there for at least 10 years. Every time I walk in or call, I feel like Norm from Cheers. (Danny) I buy 90 percent of my equipment there. They take the time to explain every detail about the machine, paperwork, and maintenance and answer every question I have. I take all my equipment to get repaired there, and I never had any issues with any repairs. Overall, I highly recommend going there.”
