Employee looked over my shoulder as I chose drinks. Employee had his shirt up, picking at his stomach when I approached the register. I asked if my drinks were 2for4 and snacks 2for3, he said yes. Total came to 9dollars.

I've witnessed a non employee handle food with his bare hands several times. Usually anywhere from 4 am to 6 am this guy is in there "helping out" put the donuts away with his bare hands. Seems that the overnight employee pays this guy in coffee. I've tried telling both him and the employee that he shouldn't be touching 7-11 food with his bare hands and everytime it ends up becoming an argument. This needs to be taken care of.

Had a problem but they helped me out. Though slightly overpriced, I think it's warranted by the attention to customer care. I recently had a problem in which an item I bought broke, by no fault of mine, and had brought it to management's attention. The only female manager there came off as pretty rude but I would instead highly commend the higher ups (over her) who demonstrated exemplary service in their handling of customer issues. I was very pleased at the end of the ordeal, considering I never want to go through anything like that again, but I would definitely go back. Also, VERY convenient location. I'd definitely recommend bringing your own canvas bag though as theirs, for some reason, are thin and tear easily. Kudos to higher management here, they really care about their customers.

Really, the only reason I stopped in here was to find this cool looking Jersey lotto card. Sad. Anyway, it is small and there was a long line, that the staff didn't eliminate too swiftly. The location is good, there are a few stores, and there is a decent sized parking lot.
