CALLED the other day and - had spa pedicure ($75) with ANA- no words to say other than AMAZING, INCREDIBLE TOTALLY NEEDED
THEN..... it was all downhill- nail dip manicure with older lady-although during pedicure she was great for hot towels on my hand , but my nails are chipping and she did not do the "white" powder " your supposed to put onto nail color- i didn't say anything thinking maybe for this specific color your don't need- but my nails are already chipping. very disappointing, AND NOW I NEED ANOTHER NAIL DIP AFTER PAYING $50 FOR THIS ONE.. and i love the lavender color- so with have to color match with toes and get another one- . gave 3 stars only because of ANA with my pedicure otherwise 1 star

Have been a customer since this place opened. Went today with no appointment, never needed an appointment in the past. Requested mani/pedi. The new owner or manager told me and my daughter, sure have a seat. Two customers came in after us without appointments requesting the same services. They were told to come back at 4:30. Five more people without appointments came in. When the techs finished mine and my daughter's pedicure, we were told they were too busy to do our manicures. Seriously? Why not tell us upfront, and also take seven people after us? Another woman came in and when she asked how long it would be, the owner told her take a seat and wait. The woman said, never mind, I'll go somewhere else. Smart lady.

I'm so glad that I found them! After months of going to a place because it was right across the street I had enough of the terrible manicures and pedicures! 4 U Nails - everyone was so pleasant. My gel manicure and pedicure are still intact over 4 weeks later. The hospitality and attention to detail were appreciated! I found a new nail home!Services: Back massages

I came in this morning and got a gel manicure ($40) and paid the extra $10 for a longer lasting base coat that was suggested. It has not even been 12 hours and one has chipped and another cracked.

Love this place. Only salon where my gel manicure stays on. Always a great pedicure too. Staff is incredibly friendly and understanding. Love them and always recommend to my friends and family!!

Came in for a pedicure because it is blocks from my home and figured I would give it a try. My usual salon is in Martinsville, and definitely amazing but today was crunched for time and couldn't make the drive.Was charged an extra $5.00 to use a brand name polish, because the others were like 5 Below brand quality...sat in the pedicure chair and it was broken.After COVID you would think cleaning protocols would be great but this place definitely was not the cleanest and I will not return.Service: Pedicure

Spend your money elsewhere. This is NOT the place to go if you want to relax. The front end manager/owner lady is rude on the phone and disrespectful to the nail technicians. This woman wanted to charge me $5 extra to use a new bottle of OPI. The Esse color I wanted (the extra long lasting that costs $5 extra) was empty. They didn't have another one. I asked why the OPI is also $5 extra, she pointed to a sign and said "I told you!" I still don't know what makes that bottle of OPI cost extra. The color choices look plentiful but look closely and you will see most of them are almost empty. The color names are rubbed off many of the bottles. So if you want a particular color, good luck finding it. The bottles smell extra pungent and I suspect they are being diluted. My nail technician seemed new. She was so sweet. But wow, that nasty front end lady barked at all of the employees. The only reason I'm giving it one star is it without music or television which kept it quiet. Except for that mean lady yelling orders at the nail employees.

$130 for acrylic nails and a 15 minute regular pedicure and then I sat there in the acrylics chair for two hours and my nails turned our horrible it was the worst way I’ve ever seen or put them on filing each one of my nails for five minutes she kept burning my skin and like hitting my skin with with her like Spinney tool thing and then after the woman goes oh I’m sorry I forgot to charge you an extra five dollars so she made me go to the ATM and take out $20 she took my money I asked my change and she give me my change and takes it back and says $10 for your manicure and five dollars for pedicure and took it out of my hand and gave me no control. She basically stole my money.Absolutely disgraceful and horrible buisness. Never going again.Service: Acrylic nails
