I put my credit card in chip reader and it said "remove". When I pulled the card, the clerk insisted I hadn't paid, that my card hadn't gone through. I was in a rush since it was Christmas Eve so I put my card back in and repeated. Thought it was odd but not going to walk out without paying. I'm NOT a criminal. Well, these guys certainly are. My credit card statement shows 2 charges in a row from these crooks. They stole my hard earned money. Spread the word and NEVER EVER shop here. Rude demeanor, nasty attitude and the place is disgusting. I work hard to make a living and they robbed me. I'll be reporting you to my credit card company and the better business bureau, and I know a lot of people in Garfield and will spread the word.
One more thing: they asked me if I'd like a bag for my purchase, and I replied "sure". They proceeded to charge me $1.00 without ever informing me, for the bag. Shady at best. But again, double charging my credit card for a single purchase is actual theft.

Good for local buying. Prices moderate. Good selection of alcohol plus snacks, incense and lottery service. Ample parking.

Guy behind the counter is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. He was screaming in the store and extremely unhelpful. He should learn a few things of how to treat customers. Will never ever return to this business

these have higher prices than any other in garfield? for example, I bought a red bull here for 3.15 in a nearby store, it is 2.35, and a package I bought here sells for $12, another nearby store sells for $11.15. ?♂️?♂️ I don’t know why!!plus they are aggressive communication people they behave badly with the customer as if they are the only ones in this country ? we must condemn them by not buying from them

Very bad experience today & the employee was very rude the moment I stepped into the store. I Will not be ever going to this liquor store again. The employee started yelling at me to leave my bag down because people steal which is understandable an I did exactly what he asked but because I didn’t do it fast enough he was yelling at me like I’m a child. I have a baby I won’t let a grown man yell at me for literally no reason . People want to get others out their character an u are in the wrong for defending yourself . I always was a customer here an never had such a bad experience as I did today . Never again , employees like that have to get in check or you will loss customers, they don’t greet you or make you feel welcomed at all, best of luck to them.

One of the best assortments of alcoholic beverages in the area, good prices, some staff can get confused easily due to the language barriers, but you’ll always get what you want and can never really be upset about any of your purchases here unless your from the South.
