The worst costumer service ever.Its not the first time they do that.I went to verizon in 117 outwater ln garfield and they made me wait for 30 min and then says they are closed and nobody cared to attend us even though two tables were empty.I would understand if i went there in last minute and they always do that.Better switching to another company

Esteban is the best! As soon as I went in the store, I didn’t have to wait and Esteban assisted me instantly and very professionally. He is also very knowledgeable with the services that they offer and made it his priority to help me get Internet service the easiest, most practical and the quickest way possible.

I must say that I had an incredible experience with the sales people there. Esteban was my main sales representative and he guided me through the process thoroughly. The time had come where I needed a new phone and for someone who has limited knowledge in phones and computers he guided me and kept it simple. I went from an old S8 to the current S24 telephone. The price I felt was reasonable and I must say I'm more than content with my new phone. A quick shout out to Jonathan as well who assisted a bit. My experience at the Verizon store was overall spectacular and I plan to do all my my future Verizon business right there in Garfield.

Probably the worst service out of any Verizon store. I sighned up for a new service way back and sold me a phone and watch that supposedly came with the phone which was not the case. On top of that try to sell me a bunch devices for the phone cause they said the old devices would not work which ended up being a lie. They helped me get the new phone but lied about a lot of things just to up sale. On top of that. Other stores say they refuse to work with this location which tells you something.

Nick was very helpful in finding the correct device I needed. I purchased the Verizon Speed Mobile Hotspot and he demonstrated how simple it is to use. Great experience and very friendly workers!

Usually good people and fast service. But do not trust them. The last time I went there was to turn in my equipment and cancel my cable. The transaction was fast and I was told everything was handled. I just found out four weeks later my cable was not canceled and I was lied to. Now I have to spend hours on the phone with FIOs because of some incompetent nimrod that can't do a simple task.

I returned an equipment MONTHS AGO at this location and Verizon never received it and now I am being charged hundreds of dollars for something I returned months ago. Worst customer service ever!! What did you do with the equipment I returned???

I’m really not happy when people waste my time and I have to keep going back. They never fix the problem. They added my iPad to my iPhone telephone number and iPhone to my Apple Watch number so I lost my phone and put in my iPad, Siri find phone it found my iPad and then when I tried to look for my iPad, it came up iPad. Everything just got so confusing. I went back and I see this other number that none of my devices. I’m just so annoyed with not being able to socialize with people and have to talk to a recording. I’ll be honest with you why was yelling at the recording? I got aggravated because you tell him what The you want and the recording says well I can help you with this or I can help you with that when in reality it’s not what I needed help with and to get A represented on the phone. Oh my God miracle I. I’m just so over it but yet I’m not because I’m still stuck without a phone because I can’t find it and iPad that’s connected to my iPhone number and everybody knows you cannot make phone calls on iPad
