610 River Dr, Garfield“I'm new to Garfield and needed to get my oil changed for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I came across Ed's place (Nahas) and saw the good reviews and decided to check it out. GREAT service, great guy. I've always been weary about going to mechanics since I don't know much about cars but Ed was a genuine trustworthy guy with good prices. I'm really happy to have found this place. I certainly recommend it! Thanks, Ed!”
“A great place to get a car. The staff are super awesome and will take their time to get you what you need. Their prices are affordable and fits everyone's budget. I definitely recommend going to this place.”

He made good on fixing it because he said mike i want u to be happy .. More people should have old school values ..like that... I recommend highly seeing his cars on his lot... What can it hurt...”

The car has some details to fix that we didn't realize when we bought it. But today my car passed inspection at DMV anyways.”
“Bought a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT last week with a couple mods on it (tints, cold air intake, wheels, etc.) Looks and runs beautifully, very happy with my purchase, only wish negotiating went a little smoother but all around great deal.”
“PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ!!!
I just want to start by saying this is a REAL review, I am a real person, and this is a real experience and Im writing this darn novel to help guide your purchase from this dealer.
What could have been a 0 star review (if allowed) turned into the number you see ONLY because of the character of the owner, Mark!
Coming all the way Allentown, PA are, myself and my fiancee bought a used 2008 Chevy Express 2500 on 04/22/24. We were excited to start our cargo van business because we were expecting child #1 within a week of when we bought the van; ALOT of big newness, I know. I was told bc of the vehicles age it didnt need an inspection and I had ran and obdii scan myself. OBDII scans the vehicles computer system and checks if ANY codes are found or were found; this vehicle only had an airbag code so I was confident we found a good used van. Driving from NJ to PA I noticed vehicle veered to the right; I thought wheel probably needed to be aligned so no huge issue. Baby girl was born May 2, 2024 and I spent the first week home with mommy and baby so I didnt begin regularly driving the van until after May 10, 2024. 3+ months go by and the business is growing but Im due for an oil change. Take it to a local Jack Williams and I am told the vehicle has severe frame rot and I would be smart NOT to drive it. I immediately let MJ Traders know about this and am told, by Mark, to get a second opinion and/or bring the vehicle to them so they can get a look at it. My thoughts at the time was I was sold a knowingly dangerous van bc it didnt have inspection and I was told it didnt need one and I found out in PA, it did! I took it to PA inspection and it failed because of the same issue Jack Williams warned me about...FRAME ROT! I then forwarded pics and a video to Mark and asked what could be done to remedy this..and honestly I had 0 faith in MJTraders to fix it. I contacted a lawyer and comsumeraffairs of bergen county immediately and filed an auto fraud claim bc I was improperly told I needed no inspection when in PA, I did. If I got the inspection and found frame damage I would have immediately returned the van and have gotten my down payment back. Consumer affairs eventually let me know, legally, MJ Traders owed me nothing, no fixes, no remedies,NOTHING because of the "as-is" form. So now, i am stuck with an inoperable van with expensive to fix ($10k quote) frame rot and Im making $325/month payment for the next 3 years. I was so ready to come here and tell anyone who would listen this nightmare story. THEN, consumer affairs called back and said they were able to talk to Mark directly and a MIRACLE happen!!! Mark, just being stand up guy decided to take the vehicle back and close the loan on it and we walk away from the van SOLELY bc he stopd by what they sell and did honest business!
This is why MJ Traders deserves 5 stars and I will most definitely do business with them again bc a situation they had 0 liability with, they fixed. That is not only rare, it never happens!
Also, they were not lying about the van not needing inspection, they were going off of NJ laws and I lived in PA, not far far away but completely different legalities.”
