I had a really good experience with Sheniecia today. She went above and beyond to help me match my color for the foundation I wanted. And she helped me find the perfect color for my skin complexion. She also helped me pick out the perfect bronzer.
She helped me find all the products I needed.
I feel so grateful for her help! I been to many Ulta stores in my life but this store I highly recommend. Everyone is so helpful the moment you walk in the store. What a great experience I had today!

I had the absolute best experience at Ulta Beauty thanks to Joey! From the moment I walked in, Joey was incredibly welcoming and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. He also offered personalized product recommendations that really suited my needs. Joey’s knowledge about skincare is unmatched and I left with products I’m truly excited about.
Not only did Joey provide excellent service, but his friendly and genuine attitude made the whole experience so enjoyable. It’s clear that Joey is passionate about beauty and cares deeply about making sure every customer leaves happy. I’ll definitely be coming back and requesting Joey for all my future visits!

6 stars if I could. I was preparing for my upcoming trip when Brittany gave me a personable shopping experience with her service, conversation, and recommendations. Brittany gave me the most transparent feedback, resulting in me wanting to try 2 new products! I didn’t even have to fake a laugh or anything, she’s simply so likable! Can’t wait to try out everything!!

Walked around the store for almost 30 minutes looking for help from 3 different employees with being matched with a foundation and wasn’t helped much by any of the workers I spoke to. I instead went to Sephora and was color matched within 15 minutes.

No, you do not need to return items to the specific Ulta store where they were originally purchased. Ulta Beauty allows returns to any Ulta store, regardless of where the purchase was made (in-store or online). You can also return items by mail for online purchases.
This is Ulta’s own return policy but this store manager JO would not accept my return because it was for a large amount and was purchased in a different Ulta. Nothing opened, was purchased the day before.
I guess you can make the policies as you go along in the Garfield store.
Embarrassing, angry, and done with ULTA!!!!

This review is exclusively to rave over Britney, a very helpful lady that saw me standing for a while and could have ignored me and continue doing her job but took it upon herself to approach me and ask if she could help. I informed her I'm trying to exchange an item and couldn't find the receipt. She kindly said oh if you have an account I can find it with your phone number. Well she took care of me in two minutes!! Whereas her coworker who I originally spoke said oh we need the receipt and even though I went back to her to tell her I couldn't find it if there was another way but she never mentioned she could retrieve it. She seems to be the type of person that doesn't want to be there or help anyone.
