Will never go back again. I went there today thinking that what I asked them they can do and they didn’t.. THE WORST OF ALL THE LADY CHARGED ME $95 dollars for my nails $95 dollars. That’s crazy!! I pay $95 for a full set and a gel pedicure $45 The owner she not that nice. She doesn’t make you feel welcome. The vibe was all the way off, not worth my money spend or time won’t go back.
Hey guys, so I am back editing my review. Let’s mention that I went back again today on July 2 to go fix my three nails that broke in less than two days and the OWNER was even nastier. when I got up and I finished, she was going back-and-forth with me right before I walked out because I left her a nasty review. Why should I leave? A great review of the service wasn’t great and it was too expensive people should know about this place. There was a lady at her desk as well, that was going back-and-forth with her and was very unhappy. So I would definitely recommend doing your homework before you go see this place. I’ve been to many nail salons and I’ve never experienced such nasty customer service and they’re super expensive. DONT GO PLEASE!!!

I’ve been going for a few years now and have a regular schedule (every 2 weeks). The last time I went they were busy and taking walk ins, and the owner started screaming at me that I have an appointment for a different time, and picked up her notebook and was waving it in my face to show me their schedule. If it wasn’t for one of her workers, she would have hit me in the face with that notebook. I don’t complain about the work the ladies, I am complaining about the atmosphere and organization of this nail salon. When I had an appointment with someone for a specific time they would sometimes make me wait 30 minutes because of the walk in the nail tech took or because the customer was doing a design. This place needs to schedule their appointments and walk ins better and be nice to customers, especially ones that have been going for years. I will never come back to this nail salon, and that says a lot.

i have been here for a couple months now and ive never been more satisfied with the staff and service! everyone is so nice and welcoming as well as accommodating with scheduling. the nail techs are absolutely amazing with designs and i’m never left unsatisfied.

Came to get a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure, and as I came in I left, when I got in there was a lady at the front desk that told me(very unfriendly) we don’t do acrylic here, why advertise that your facility does acrylic nails if you don’t and then be so unwelcoming to a posible new customer that might bring more business to your stablishment.
