I give them one star, because I can't give them less. Don't buy cars here, a few months ago they sold me a car with a lot of problems, the insurance they give you is rubbish, they tell you to fix it and then they don't give you your money back. They are thieves

I brought a 2001 Audi A6 from them on 2/17/16I contacted them 4 times within the 30 days and he only answered once. He is never at the dealership and evasive. When I brought the car he told me the trans had an issue and it was rectified. But it still have me codes. I had to stop driving it because I found out the engine pistons are worn and the compression dropping rapidly. I called them again but as usual no answer. I am currently filing a small claims complaint with the state attorneys general, and the BBB......... 4500 lesson learned!!!!!!!!!!...and I still don't have my title.

Salvage cars with clean tittles. I hope some day the law take care of them. Brought a Lexus and wasted all my savings fixing it, and then they towed the car after one month without payment, I call him to pay what I owned and he doesn't want to give me the car back, after pending 5,000+.

His ad said "great condition inside and out." Drove hours to get there to find out suspension needed replacing. Still bought the car, felt like it was worth it. Discovering that car has problems he should have listed on his ad. Very unprofessional. But I believe if you give the car you're purchasing a good, very thorough check you'll be fine. I don't think the place deserves 3 stars, but I don't think the place deserves 1 star either. He's not a cheater, just unprofessional and not very knowledgeable of the conditions of his cars.

The new manager was extremely nice and overall great. I purchased a warranty and used it already. They made everything quick, simple, and easy. It was a painless experience. Thank you for my car and warranty. I will be purchasing again through you once I need another vehicle.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! We purchased an Audi from here last June 2015 and they knew the car was a lemon...we brought it back 5 days after purchase and there was no resolution. We invested countless amount of time/money to repair the engine & hired a private attorney. However, we lost the claim because the law has too many gray areas and it's really up to the judge. Thus, if you want to sue this place, then pray for a good & compassionate judge. The cars look nice on the outside but they're screwed up inside, just like the owner & his colleagues. I'm not a biased or judgemental type and I usually write positive reviews about most places. There's nothing positive about the owner, his brother or the dealership. They obviously don't believe in Karma...give them 1-2 more yrs. I bet they won't be in business anymore bc they'll be in jail for fraud or something worse. We rebuke this evil business, E&S in the name of Jesus, along with the owner & whoever works alongside him. I hate writing this however I had to protect others from investing their hard earned $$ in crap cars.

Then took it to your mechanic to fix a problem he lied and tried to play it off that it was a part defect which he never changed the part finally he replaced it Now the abs light is on and He refuses to fix the problem I'm never gonna do business with anyone associated with them... Stay away from here and their mechanic

I purchased a 2004 Nissan Murano approximately a little over a month ago and as soon as I drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. Went to my mechanic to get it checked and long and behold he told me that the vehicle has several oil leaks! At this poinalready boiling beyond belief. I called the dealer and they told me that they would send me to their mechanic. That took forever to a day to schedule an appointment. Waited almost a week and a half to schedule this appointment and thier mechanic got upset because i called to much. Amazing! Long story short ladies and gentlemen DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They did not fix my vehicle like i was hoping for. And I had to end up getting it fixed myself and my family.. AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME WITH THESE GUY! Totally UNPROFESSIONAL people! AND THERE TOTAL LYERS MORE THAN ANYTHING!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
