Cvs pharmacy service is horrible they mess up 9 out of the 10 times I go with either not having meds ready after almost a full day not running meds thru insurance and than having you wait a additional 15-20 min just to run it thru the insurance ridiculous .. cvs needs a better system the more patients they have the less they care about them

Extremely rude staff especially coming from the pharmacy. Sidra was extremely nasty and rude huffing and puffing and mad that she chose a minimum wage cvs job. I tried to complain and the front end staff and manager all laughed at my concerns. As someone who has worked as a pharmacy technician for years I find it very unprofessional and cannot believe how this location is still up and running. Do better.

I was happy to order a specific item when I got there thankfully I checked it was the wrong item and one of the employees seemed confused but I work in retail and I know how BOPIS works my issue is that I made a trip that could have been avoided if they simply checked and cancelled the in store pick up if the item was not available simple as that I would have been understanding .

Garbage service . No respect for customer . I been worst garbage CVS ever . They don’t even know. How to do there job. Only try to put on each other. So they don’t have to works lazy people and useless .take receipt . If not they will rip you off for half price
