“I went to Balani at the Philadelphia location for my first custom tailored suit and let me tell you the experience was great from start to finish. Michael was a pleasure to work with from the get-go.From offering complimentary beverages upon arriving to taking the time to get to know me and my story to better help him in assisting me picking out the garments needed for my wedding. Also for taking the time to really let me go through every catalog they had, and I made sure I went through them all, to make sure I found what I loved most. I didn't feel rushed or like he was even trying to sell me a suit at all but rather felt like a friend trying to help me decide what would work best for my fashion and budget. Getting fitted was also a breeze. 12/10 will be shopping again at Balani and telling all of my friends and family about the amazing services provided. And that’s just the service !!The Suit itself was immaculate and fit like a glove. Perfect fit, colors were even better than the swashes some-how and was made to be able to withstand a bigger guy getting low. I have been purchasing Business and Casual Clothing from Stacey and The Tom James Clothing Company for Years. Stacey is a consummate professional in every facet of her business. She always makes me feel like I am her only client. Comes to see me at anytime that works for me and my business. I expect to work with her for years to come.
Regarding the company that she represents Tom James. There has not been one piece of Clothing that not been 100% perfect fit and comfortable to wear. The color and design options are superb!
All in all I give Tom James and Stacey a Five Start Rating and highly recommend this team to every and anyone looking for personalized, fitted Clothing.

“Came in last minute because the suit I had in my closet had stains on it and I couldn’t wear it. I only found out I need a replacement suit the day of the wedding and no dry cleaner could clean my suit on a few hours notice. I stopped by this store to get a new suit and figured it’ll cost me at least $1,000 or more for something that looks good. I was surprised that I was able to get a full suit for just $600!! And it looked really spiffy. A bunch of people at the wedding asked me about it. I had the pleasure of meeting Oran, the store owner, who took his time with attending to my needs, even when other customers were shopping in the store. This is the level of attention anyone should get when going to a men’s store. Not only that, he helped me find a tie that looked better with the suit than the one I had on me. He gave me a 10% discount on the tie because I spent close to $1,000. I live in the area so I’ll definitely be back to shop here because I also saw some really nice polos and trendy t-shirts I could wear daily. Oran, thank you so much, you’re a lifesaver!”

I was debating between two sweaters and Omari was so helpful in trying to get me the right size and in offering his opinion in such a warm, kind and honest way- like shopping with your most fashionable friend. Clara was such a queen in the fitting room and checked in on me afterwards too, and Tyrell who checked me out at the register was so efficient and fun. There was another sweet associate in the fitting room who helped me make my decision, I didn't get his name but it was just so refreshing to have a staff so invested in their customers happiness. Even though there's another J Crew closer to my office I will continue to go to this one.”

“Good prices just take your time and look
you can find a lot of clothes in here some of them with good price if you are lucky you can find really good clothes at very low cost.
Lines are very long and they move super fast . So do not let the lines stop you.
They do have good sales, but it is hard to find unless you are able to find what you are looking for with time or within a while. If it's not all day looking for items.
Please clean up the place and be more organized, and more people will come.
When are done shopping, please return carts to the designated area in the store.”
