Rude people. Inconvenient. Tried to use the drive up ATM. The ATM sign above the lane was lit up green. Oh, so I drove past the window "that had a big sign saying " ATM only" ok, so I go to the machine, and it won't take my card. Nothing lights up on the screen. So, since there was no one behind me, I backed up to the window. There was a woman in there that finally acknowledged me and very angrily pointed to the ATM only sign in her window! (Like I couldn't see it!?). So I told her I tried but it didn't work. So she motioned to go to another lane. So now I had to get in line in anoTher lane. I pull up to the kiosk and I tell the teller I want to make a deposit. she asks if I have a deposit slip, So I tell her no, because I intended to use the ATM! So she says "oh yeah, its not working" so she sends me a deposit slip in the tube!. so they KNEW about the problem!! Meanwhile several cars kept pulling up to the out of order ATM machine. All they had to do would be to turn out the light on that row!!!! But they didn't care how much inconvenience they caused, and looked at us stupid customers as if somehow we should have known it! Are you kidding me. Absolutely no customer service!!!!! And Sooooooo rude!!!! I would NEVER use that branch again.

This bank was closed on a random Monday. No holiday, only snow flurries. I needed to use the ATM but it was not dispensing any cash ? so I had to use the ATM in the Wawa across the street and paid a $2.50 charge

Horrible customer service skills, they close the drive thru and leave customers waiting in the line and do not have the courtesy to put up a sign or tell the customers waiting that they needed to come inside because they are not working the drive thru at the moment!, ??????

This is the WORST Wells Fargo. AVOID IF POSSIBLE! Take the time and drive to the Wells Fargo near the old Shore Mall. This staff is incredibly rude at this location. The ATM is down most of the time and unfortunately you have to interact with staff. Definitely not a location that cares about its customers.

Been coming to this bank for the past three years for my company. And you could have find this place located on the corner of Pomona and the White Horse Pike. Across the street from it is the the new Wawa. They have a drive-thru with two windows and the ATM machine that's also a drive-thru or walk up. They seem to be properly staffed as there's not a long wait. But we do go in the morning before noon time. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. It has a few offers you could take advantage of right now to set up a banking account. Good people good customer service.
