Nick was excellent, however the accumulation of charges that Verizon piles on with the phone upgrade are surprising and not disclosed until you are essentially committed. Setup Assistant $29.99, Redux Water Protection $29.99 and a pending $35 upgrade charge that will come on next bill just left a bad taste and prevented... read full comment
