Joan at the check out is one of the nastiest people I’ve ever met. Horrible with the customers and beyond rude. Shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Staff was polite and friendly. We wanted to price match a book and unfortunately, none of the four, new employees working the desk knew how to do this. They needed to ask someone else.
