Great staff Sonja and Colton took care of everything. Quality work and service. Body work was perfect, the clean up inside and out was a nice finishing touch. Like driving a new car.

People kept asking me "did you find a good place to get your car fixed"? I said, well the reviews were good online. Only one way to find out. They did a great job! They were nice to me. They fixed my car so quickly. Only a few days. I was surprised. The bumper looks brand new. No gaps in the panels. Everything looks perfect. These guys do great work! They washed my car also, and they cleaned the inside! They didn't touch any of my stuff in the car. Very happy with the service.

They are exceptional. Sent my son over due to a door handle issue. They reviewed and ordered the part. Called in 2 days. Part was painted and installed the next day. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They do great work

If I could, I would give them no stars. I would Not recommend Purdy Collision to ANYONE!My vehicle has been back there 4 times and still is not right.I hit a deer on my passenger side, which it went over my hood. They NEVER REPLACED MY HOOD! They only thing they did on my Hood was adjusted it and fill the dents which you can still see. They replaced the door passenger side which had no damage and now the door is not correct and still won't explain why they did. They don't understand why the door won't line up. They said " They are baffled "They also damaged my passenger side door panel. Which they will not admit to. All I have gotten is The Run Around!!!

I had a terrible experience with Purdy. I took my vehicle to be repaired and after a week sitting there, my car still hadn't even been inspected. My insurance rental was being eaten up as Purdys had no sense of urgency in the matter. We already know parts are delayed but I guess that means service is delayed there as well. When I called and voiced my concern, I was met with aggression and excuses. I got my car towed from there immediately thereafter. I would never recommend this place. They literally missed out on thousands of dollars in repair and a would be loyal customer as I had no commitments with any other local shops. Definitely a major disappointment

My first impression was very good! They are very professional and courtesy when assisting me with my car. The young lady answered all my questions and made me feel confident that my classic Mercedes was in good hands!

My car slid in my driveway while I was trying to drive through it in the snow, and I wound up hitting the roof of my car trunk on a small tree on the side of my driveway. I then found that my trunk would no longer stay closed. It just kept popping open. So I taped it down with electric tape and started searching for autobody places that would give me a free estimate. I found Purdy Collision and they immediately gave me an appointment for a free estimate the next day. I arrived a bit early and a woman helped me to get the electrical tape off the car so she could take a look at it. Since I had arrived early for my appointment, all the guys who do the bodywork were at lunch. So I went inside and relaxed on the couch for a little bit. By my appointment time, a guy showed up and asked for my keys and went out to check my car. He eventually drove off in the car and the woman told me he was testing it to make sure everything was all right. A few minutes later he came back and handed me my keys and told me that my car was fixed. I went up to the desk and asked the woman how much I owed them. She said nothing. I thought maybe she misunderstood me. So I asked again how much do I need to pay you. She said nothing, don't worry about it. I kind of stood there with my mouth hanging open. I had expected that it might cost me hundreds of dollars to get this car fixed, based upon having talked to a few other autobody shops on the phone before I made the appointment with Purdy Collision. One place I had called told me I had better hope that my deductible was not more than $500 and that they might very well have to take my car apart and that it could cost me a whole lot of money. And she also added that I should call the police and inform them that I had had an 'accident'. I said accident? I bumped a tree on my own property. I decided to skip that place and kept calling until I luckily connected with Purdy Collision. I kind of walked out of there in a bit of a daze. I think we kind of have an expectation of being taken advantage of by any place that does work on cars, especially if you're female. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, dependable and fast auto body shop, I would highly recommend Purdy Collision. I am not affiliated with these people in any way. This was my first contact with them. The woman told me the guy had even cleaned off the sticky goo left on my car from the electrical tape that I had applied to hold down the roof of the trunk. Wow! These people went above and beyond to help me out and didn't even charge me anything for it. If I had to rate their service, they would definitely get 10 stars from me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work done. I was surprised not to find them listed on Yelp, and definitely felt you all needed to know this place exists, so I had to create a listing for them. I felt lucky to have found them. I can not say enough about my recent experience with Purdy Collision. The staff was amazing and worked with me to get me back on the road in no time. The body work was flawless and my car looks brand new.
