I rented a vehicle and had to return it the same day as my plans had changed. Plans changed again and I asked if I could keep the car and the representative said “no”. Honestly I think she was just annoyed with me. It’s a customer service business and they need to understand people’s plans changed. Unprofessional, won’t rent from again. It wasn’t busy so it wasn’t even like I was taking her away from other customers. Maybe provide a customer service class to the employees.

We've rented 3 times from them. The vans are brand new every time and sparkling clean. Little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! Great service and beautiful vehicles

I will Never rent from here again, Brad!!! My family has been renting from you for over 30 years. As soon as there’s a problem you don’t have the decency to return a phone call to address the problem. My family will never again rent from you! And Brad wasn’t retired when the situation happened. He was right there in the office . I saw him when I rented from there.!!

Very disappointed and will never use this car rental company again in life!! We use to use this rental place, at least 4 times a year. We haven’t traveled in the last few years so, it was a shock to find out, there is no longer drop offs on Sunday and No drop off for holidays/New Year’s Day. That being said, I’m expected to pay, two days, I don’t need the car. Talk about ripping customers off!!??!! That is definitely a scam on the owners part, not allowing rental returns on a Sunday. At the cheapest rate, $79.99 a day, to have a car sitting for two days and not using, the daily price, adds up.Needless to say, we will be using Enterprise. They have Sunday & holiday drop offs and don’t charge extra days, when you’re not using the vehicle because, you’re allowed to drop it off!! Not sure how this place is still in business running a scam like this? I’m sure going to find out and take this to my social media accounts and see how many others were taken advantage of. We shall see, stay tuned. You’ll see me on TikTok, IG & FB talking about this and going viral. From here forward, I recommend people to use, Enterprise.

What a horrible experience.I have rented from here before without any issues, but it’s been a while. Did they change ownership?Anyways, I rented a 15 passenger last week for a family vacation. When I picked up, the van looked like it was 20 years old even though it was a 2020 model. It was very dirty, even the seats. There were broken and missing parts. I asked for another one, but they said they didn’t have any more available. We were leaving early the next morning and noticed one of the seatbelts was broken. Since they were still close and we had plans we could not change, we had to leave and one of us had to sit without a seatbelt. I called as soon as they opened and was informed that they were not aware of the broken seatbelt. I also told them about a strong noise every time we accelerated and was told that it was normal and that they take good care of their cars. Yet, they did not notice the broken seatbelt? The acceleration on the van was horrible and we spent a fortune gas alone because of the condition of the van. I ask to speak to a manager and was told someone will call me back, however no one called the whole week we were away. Needless to say, we had a terrible experience with this van. When we finally returned the van, they offered a miserable $200 credit for all our troubles when we spent over $2000. They also charged us over $300 for extra insurance even though I told them I wanted to use my own insurance . I’m not sure what is going on with that company, but you should stay away from them.
