The staff has done a great job of working with our son's very high energy dog! The dog can't play in group because he overwhelms other dogs, or he gets snippy. They work with him to find compatible playmates. He goes to Doggie daycare several times a week and is boarded at HT when we go on vacation. The manager tells it like it is, very cut and dry! Doesn't sugarcoat anything, but is personable. All other staff are also very personable. Our grand pup enjoys going. I appreciate that he's tired most nights from playing with another dog!

I don't normally write reviews but after seeing the poor reviews I felt it necessary. I have two dogs. One is super social and goes here for socialization and play time. When I go out of town I bring both of them here. They are super accommodating given the fact my second dog isn't dog friendly. They give my dogs private play time away from other dogs and entertain my problem child while they let the good dog play with others. It's hard leaving my dogs. It's hard trusting anyone but I feel super comfortable with hounds town. Every time I call they always know my dogs ! I love this place and highly recommend them

Hounds Town is a wonderful facility for any dog. it is clean and the staff is wonderful. My dog loves it so much that her tail wags the whole car ride over

Worked here for 4 months and only 4 employees stayed. I loved the dogs and working here but the manager victoria was absolutely aweful. She has absolutely zero customer service skills nor buissness communication skills. She treated all of her employees(except her friends) terribly. do not recommen.

We have left our beautiful doggy here multiple times! For long trips and short trips. We have never had an issue! The staff is friendly and professional in person and via phone. We had a concern the first time we left her for 3 nights but Amanda and the staff were very attentive and helpful which allowed us to enjoy our time away. The pricing, drop off, pick ups, staff, building are all great! Take advantage of the daycare packages!

I never worry about Boh when he’s camping out at Houndstown. He gets lots of love and belly rubs, (his favorite) whether it’s a one day stay or 10 days. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are caring and loving to our babies. Who could ask for more !

The staff is wonderful and I trust they care for my golden retriever while I am away. He ❤️ loves them all and is always so excited to see them.He is always happy and healthy when we come for him!! Pics on social media everyday and I can call anytime to see how he is!! Great job! Thank you!!

This place was great all around. Very clean facility and very friendly staff especially Amanda. She made last minute arrangements for me after my parents couldn't watch our boy Cooper and saved our trip. Price is very reasonable and the pictures and videos daily made it tolerable to be away from him. The spa bath was worth the extra money so he is clean after you pick him up and his nails were VERY nicely done. Great Job.

I had my 3 dogs spend 10 days with Hounds Town. All the workers are amazing! I can’t speak highly enough of the staff. They truly care about your dogs as if they were their own. They know each dogs personalities and know they part of the family. I highly recommend using Hounds Town.

This is my first time having to consider boarding my dog. We’re having a family reunion type trip so everyone I would trust with him will be attending the event. This place is absolutely clean and organized and made me feel comfortable with leaving him. I really like that they offered a free day of doggy day care to make sure my dog was the right fit and comfortable before just booking him and taking my money. I am now considering a day of fun for him sporadically because he did so well !

Staff is super friendly and amazing with each and every dog that comes through the door. My dog has horrible anxiety and hates everyone, the staff makes a huge effort to include him & make him feel comfortable. I use them for day care and boarding!! They also post pictures and videos of the dogs daily! Highly recommend to everyone!

My Golden Retriever is always well cared for here. He is very high energy and loves other dogs ( maybe too much). The staff monitors him, gives us updates on his health and interactions. He was bathed when we came back from a 7 day vacation and he was really happy. We will gladly recommend as they were recommended to us and we are so happy to do so. It's hard to leave your dog behind but you need not worry here. Trust worthy facility and staff at a competitive price.

Would stlll like to be able to watch my girl live on cameras while she plays BUT its seems that they are keeping my girl safe and she is tired at the end of the day.Drop off and pick up ..for the most part is very convenient. My girl always seems happy to go back !

The staff at houndstown is always so friendly and welcoming. I am so thankful to have this facility close by as I don’t trust just anyone with my dogs. The place is always clean and the yard is a great size for the dogs. The social media posts daily are always a great thing to look forward to. They take any directions about your dogs seriously and don’t hesitate to check in or ask questions. I always know my boys are in good hands at houndstown.
