Got my hair done by Gianna today. If I could give more stars I would. I have not had my hair done in years due to a terrible experience elsewhere. She was so friendly and did exactly what was asked. Now instead of being scared to get my hair done I’m excited to go back for touch ups when needed. If you are think of booking with her. I HIGHLY suggest her.

Visiting from Florida and need a quick hair wash. Called a little after 2 pm; spoke with a super nice young lady who booked my appointment at 2:45 pm same day. Once arrived a Super sweet girl by the name of Nikki walked over around 2:40ish; introduced herself and escorted me to her chair.
Nikki was polite, professional, and engaging throughout the entire service. Highly recommend Hair Culture! Thank you ladies for one of the best last minute, unplanned appointments. And not to mention Nikki had my hair Iooking AMAZING walking out of the salon.

Over priced!!! Bad establishment! And LIARS!!! Horrible customer service!!! they are gaslighting me and making up lies about me!!! I was unhappy with my hair and they refused to help me. And they just keep making up lies about my appointment! II have called every month since the ridiculous root touch! It’s very easy to keep a client happy and customer service isn’t a difficult task. You are all about the money and you don’t care that you basically stole $300. I had to cancel because of my grandfathers funeral which was communicated with you guys and I NEVER called stating everything was fine and I didn’t need a redo. Why do you keep lying? I stated that I will have to reschedule but I don’t know when I’ll be available and you guys said “no worries I’m sorry for your loss we will be here when you are available.” I ALSO explained that I have a crazy work schedule because I am a therapist with many clients day and night and nobody EVER gave me an expiration date on my hair redo. DO THE RIGHT THING I HAVE POURED OVER $1,000 INTO YOUR SALON!!!!!!!! I sent the pictures in to you guys to show you the PROOF! There was proof my roots were extremely DARK and not blonde at all!!! I got my roots filled in and paid close to 300$. And when I got home I noticed my roots were still VERY prominent. 300$ later and my hair doesn’t look any different. I call to come in and get it fixed. And they said I can reschedule when I’m available. Never once did they mention a time line NOTHING. My grandfather died and then I was in the hospital!!! I told them my story and they were so rude and nasty and told me that offer has expired? They never gave me an expiration date. ALSO I sent a picture of my roots to one of the hair dressers so they know I wasn’t lying. I use to love this place but after a very emotional and difficult couple of months they weren’t understanding and weren’t willing to be accommodating at all. With all the money I have spent here I would expect better customer service. I’m very disappointed and upset. The lack of empathy was startling. And the manager was so mean to me when I called in to make my appointment. I’m so sad about this. I have been a repeating customer but I don’t think I will be returning, unless they help me. And I will alert my friends etc. of this upsetting ordeal. I have spent so much money there and now I getting treated like trash.-Fiona
