I recently went to this establishment and went to purchase a 6pack and found one beer missing. So as I went to let them know,the manager started to mouth off at me cause I asyif there was a discount on this 5 pack. Not only that ,he even got more aggressive toward me. Had to run out the store cause I thought he was gonna get physical. Will step foot in that place again. It's a shame cause it's the closest place to get beverages. Got one thing to say to that manager. Get a job where you don't have to deal with customers. I have 35 yrs. Doing so. And you definitely don't belong in this line of work. Sorry for this post. But somebody needs to save this store.

I prefer going to White Horse when I can because the prices and selection are both better, but Gourmet is closer and more convenient, so it's worth the occasional pop in to grab a six pack or a bottle of wine.

I've lived in Galloway for 9 yrs and though my husband and I don't come in often, if we need to buy wine, beer or liquor, this is the only place we'll go. It's easy to find the items I look for, given the way they organize their inventory. Great place buy small 4 packs of wines and single cans of lager for cooking. Very friendly staff. Well kept, clean store. I wouldn't really think to go anywhere else locally for liquor, beer or wine

Nice, clean liquor store with a decent selection. My only complaint is when they run out of some stuff, it may or may not be restocked. For certain things, I have to go somewhere else because gourmet no longer carries the item.

Normally great customer service but had an awful experience with a white haired main working the counter. Zero people skills, a puss on his face, and all around rude behavior. If he were the face of the business, he would drive out all the customers.
