I called these guys... so preface this with that. I'll keep it simple. I know enough about cars and what I needed... they were outrightly rude and started railing off line item expenses with prices you'd pay more for if I took it to a dealer... in a way you'd expect from the definition of a very bad mechanic...So either they didn't want my business because I told them what was needed or this is how they operate... or both.Take it to a Firestone before these people.

Frank is honest to a fault. We had just moved to Smithville and we were looking for a auto repair shop nearby. We found Frank on the web. He had all a five star reviews so we took a chance. We cannot be happier with our choice. He is knowledgeable, honest and really fair priced. We have used him for both my wife’s car and my pickup and will continue to use his services and highly recommend Frank Dean to anyone in need of an honest, professional, courteous and fair priced mechanic. Best mechanic in town. I've been to others (cough cough Mainland) whose business model is based on bad repairs and deceit. Pretty common in this business. Frank Dean is one of those rare mechanics of high skill, honest business practices, and very female friendly. Most honest mechanic I've ever met, and the only one who could fix a brake issue I'd been having for a long time. The repairs may take slightly longer than at a bad garage (I believe this is because he is actually doing quality repairs instead of letting dangerous cars back on the road) but whatever the wait is, is worth it! As a female who's been defrauded by garages before, I put my absolute trust (and safety, let's be honest) in Frank and co. and the work they do.Take your car here!
