I’ve always had a good experience but today I was unfortunate enough to experience how unprofessional and inexperienced Tracy is. She made me change the nail color 3 times claiming there wasn’t “enough powder” in the containers. Rushed the whole appt causing her to spill the powder everywhere. She had to go back and redo one of my hands after missing corners and edges with the base coat. Not to mention she painted and slapped activator everywhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if I was her first client let alone if she was unlicensed. I try to be reasonable and understanding but this was unacceptable.

I’ve tried just about every nail salon around here and this is by far THE BEST!! Unlike some other places, Expert Nails is always friendly and welcoming. Always professional and their pedicures are top notch.
Cleanliness: Very clean and they take special precautions, lining the foot bath with a disposable liner. There are no weird odors in the place either.

DISAPPOINTED!
As a special end of school year treat I get my daughter’s nails painted since she is not allowed color during the school year. The website quoted $25 for kids gel manicure, she is 10yrs old.
I was asked if anyone could do her nails and I said yes (she’s 10 how hard could it be). Apparently very hard! Her cuticles were cut up (which is painful for anyone), the polish is chunky, missed areas on some nails, and polish all over her fingers on others.
Her nails look terrible and I’m embarrassed for her. I was also charged $35 (before tip) not the $25 on website (computer kiosk).
I could’ve done a better job, and yes I should’ve but it was a special treat that she wanted the salon experience!

I had a great experience here today. I used to get my nails done every week for the past 6 years but took a break for about a year. I moved here a month ago and this is my first time at a local salon. I enjoyed this place a lot, the employees are friendly, prices are straight forward, and the woman who did my nails really took her time to make sure the shape, length, and design were exactly what I wanted. I was very satisfied and im looking forward to going back to try some of the other pretty designs they have(:

I have been going there for years. However, today was bad! A man around 50’s who’s name is Mike( only guy there now) was extremely rude. I had a girl ( Tara) I was sitting with, and I was asking for a specific white color… I didn’t know the number, but she didn’t understand so he came over and switched with her! She never acknowledged what was going on or came back to me as he was controlling the situation, when he wasn’t even the one requested or doing my nails!! He was loud and rude when I asked for the white I wanted. They rushed me to the chair without me picking my colors, and then got irritated when I wanted the color I wanted and they couldn’t find. He stood in front of an entire busy room and loudly waving his hands said “ no one likes to do your nails! You’re so mean!” Every time I tried to tell him what I wanted, he snapped at me and made a scene! It was embarrassing and just wrong. The owner just sat there and never shut it down. I was appalled since I’ve NEVER had an issue or was mean. I tip big ( 20$) always, and he was totally unprofessional and out of line. After going there for many years, I’m not going back!!! No one intervened when he was berating the way he was. I was so upset, I left with no polish and walked out. That place used to be good when Vincent and Tee was there!! Now.. it’s terrible!

I’m writing this extremely disappointed. I have been coming here for a couple of years with my mother, sister, aunt, and friends have never had any problems. I’ve become friendly with the staff and have always received good service. However the other day my mother went to the salon, and had an awful experience that left me flabbergasted. At arriving, they immediately rushed them to sit, not allowing them to have time to pick a color. My mother was looking for a color and they couldn’t find the color she had had before. The woman that had been doing her nails had chosen the wrong color and she politely asked if they could change it. They maybe looked for this shade two times. Another man came over and insisted he do her nails instead. He proceeded to say to her, “you’re difficult” , “nasty” , “nobody here likes to do your nails” , “you do this every time you come here”. For context, I have gone with my mother many times and have NEVER seen her be demanding, or rude ever. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Had the techs not have been able to find the exact shade, my mother would have been disappointed but understanding considering she had gotten this color before at this salon. The immediate escalation after requesting politely a few times to look for this color is uncalled for.
He then proceeded to refuse to do her nails, gave her a bowl to remove the little polish on her nails. All of this was done loudly in front of other customers. Not one person intervened and everyone just watched my mother be publicly treated with disrespect and unkindness. My mother and I have always been kind, polite, and tipped well. It’s disappointing to hear that a simple request which is apart of service at a nail is causation for this rude behavior. This may be contributing to decline in customers and techs leaving this facility as I’ve heard from previous techs and customers.
Me and my family will no longer be coming here anymore.

I go to Annie and I’m pretty picky with my nails from the color to the shape, I’m never happy with my nails, they were just ok., until I found Annie at Expert nails, everyone is so friendly, I have never gone to a nail salon this long and I don’t plan on changing it now that I found Annie

I’m a middle aged guy who’s never gotten a manicure. I’m a regular blue-collar guy…but I’m going to an event soon and I wanted to look nicer than usual.
They were very friendly and patient with me since I have no idea what to ask for. I was very happy with the service and my hands now look nice and neat. And it was only $20 before tip.
