If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went here a few times booked an appointment for every time and still waited an extra 25 minutes, I don't mind waiting. I asked them to help me find a color they always tell me to look in the books and find it myself. This last time in particular I got an acrylic refill which was $43, when I got to the register, he told me it was $73. I gave him my card and I asked him what exactly was $73 and he said well it's extra to shape the shape you already have because our techs take their time... and it's extra for design and 2 nails I broke which is fine but to charge someone for the shape they already had??? Handed my nail tech 25% and left. Won't be back. I'm sorry but this isn't worth $73. I was very unhappy leaving

Went in only one person working, one person sitting around wanted waxing, told the owner was doing something with her daughter. Had to come back if I needed help. Went somewhere else

The place was okay.. I feel like they over charge for the simplest styles. And my nails were crooked when they finished it. I do not recommend this place.Service: Manicure

I took my daughter there to get her nails painted and designed for her birthday. I believe the lady that helped us and did her nails name is ChiChi. She was absolutely great. She made my daughter have a great first time experience. She also didn't try to sell me more then we wanted which I really appreciated since I'm on a budget. My daughter definitely wants to go back because of how ChiChi made her feel comfortable and confident. It was great and reasonable priced. I definitely recommend going to her for your nails.

Very disappointed. My step daughter and I have been going there for the past several years. They have never been the best, but the people are so nice we always felt bad going somewhere else. That is until today. We both received the worst manicures in the world!! My nails are so bad that I need to make an emergency appointment at another salon to get them redone. I have naturally long nails. I asked for a french manicure using my natural nails. She talked me into dip powder. Not having it before I agreed. She then filed down all of my natural nail, severally misshaping them in the process. Followed by putting on a super thick layer of dip powder. I have small hands. Now I have short, non-existent nails that are super thick and misshapped. My son said "OMG you have the nails of a baby dragon or a reptile!!" This will be my last visit there.Service: Manicure

Used to be a loyal patron of expert nails until about 6 months ago and I will never look back. Cosmo is so welcoming, friendly, clean and professional. I was lucky enough to have Jackie my first time going and she is amazing! I would never go to anyone else now that she has been my tech. However, I did go one time when she wasn't there and had fabulous results as well, Jackie is just the best tech I've ever had.

I went to Kevin a few times, he seemed to do an ok job on my gel manicure. The last time though he filed my nails so roughly, he cut my cuticle and I bled. I told him 3 times that it hurt and he just smiled. He knew it hurt me because I had to pull my hand away. My cuticle got infected afterwards. Since then, I have been going to a salon in Mullica Hill ..(my family goes to this nail salon) and they are great..no issues and they are cheaper! I live a mile from Cosmo’s but will drive the distance for a good manicure & better serviceService: Manicure

It's a nice clean location, techs are ok, had a guy do Acrylic nails, usually get done at Expert nails, they fell off in a week. Disappointed

First time going here... as I walk in I feel attacked by one of the technicians rushed to pick a color, I paid $30 dollars for a regular pedicure Which I had better.then off to get a regular manicure the technician walks me over to manicure table and leave me there for about 10 minutes while she takes two people to get pedicures then same lady comes with a bowl of hot water for me to soak my nails , waited for 10 minutes. Then instead of the same technician I get the manager/owner to do a regular manicure which takes her 10 minutes and it cost me $17 the hand massage was like just putting lotion on your self.I sorry to me it was not worth the $55 dollars.

I got a full set and a pedicure. The Lady was sweet , The place looks clean, & my pedicure still looks amazing.My acrylics were a bit rushed in the beginning & unfortunately didn’t last at all. It has literally been only 3 days later & my nails are lifting like crazy and I only worked one day.Im very upset because I wanted something long lasting or at least two weeks.
