Never went up on rent. Staff was always helpful. Clean and convenient. Accessible power outlets.

Worst Place Ever!!!! It’s all nice until you try to close out the storage unit, I called and talked to a very nice female about me coming to clear out my unit and turn in my keys. She told me I had until the end of the month, with today being my first day off since I no longer needed the unit. I go there and I am charged $212 before they even let me in because they deactivated my code after I already paid for this month. Will be contacting corporate and will not be doing business with them again!

I appreciate the services here although I can’t seem to get my billing straight! I loss my sister and nephew to Covid-19 in 2020 so I had to put their belongings in storage at Clayton’s. It’s a real financial struggle on me ( senior on Medicare) I have paid for nearly two years but I always seem to be behind yet I can’t recall missing any payments!! I’m still trying! ?

Timing is wack you have to be out of the unit by 10 p.m so if you work till late ln the evening you have to be quick or they'll "lock you jn" I was told

Clean, well managed, reasonably priced. Nice helpful staff. Roads between buildings are a little narrow but not bad.

Gonna have to wait and see if they adjust peoples bill for the month, being as tho every renter was unable to access their units for numerous days due to driveway being seal coated. 1 star till later notice...
