Absolutely the best post office in Hunterdon County! The employees are always super helpful and courteous. They’ve had a difficult 16 months, working through Covid and the attempted sabotage of the postal service by the PM general, L. DeJoy. Kudos to the employees that work so hard!

Not all post offices were created equal. Every time I go to a new post office, I get told different information for my online store. I brought three boxes here, two of which were in flat rate boxes incorrectly sent to me when I ordered boxes, I've been told in the past to use them, and just cross "flat rate shipping" off of the box and use them anyway. Of course, once again, I was told incorrect information. This location would not accept the packages, they accepted one without giving a receipt. Then, they were shocked when I threw an huge attitude at them. This was the second time the one woman has given me attitude, I had a crying 3 month old and was incredibly frustrated. I know they could accept the boxes, because they have several times in the past and over the years. We will see if that package they did accept gets shipped, something tells me I will be taking a loss on that one for standing up for myself to these post office bullies!! Go somewhere else, the convenience is not worth the attitude, you might just blow up and make a fool of yourself like I did!!

I just want everyone to know what happened to me so that it doesn’t happen to them. I had to send court documents by restricted delivery. I told this to the young female post officer behind the counter. I told her three separate times “restricted delivery”. She seemed confused. I explained to her that only the recipient could sign for it. It took her ten minutes. I paid about $8. A week later I find out she did NOT send it restricted delivery. She obviously does not know how to do her job. I went back today and spent another $12 to get the supervisor to send it actual restricted delivery. It cost me $8 and a week of time. The thing is the USPS does not offer refunds. They also work with time sensitive highly important document. Therefore it’s really important people are trained well on how to do their job correctly. I hope she receives better training so she doesn’t mess up someone else’s life.

Horrible postmaster, literally one nice employee the entire time I've lived here. Everyone else is extremely rude and not at all helpful. Try Milford instead, they are at least friendly there.
