Rob's collision center is the best automotive repair center hands down. My vehicle was in a collision and they walked me through the entire insurance claim process when I was getting the go around with a third party insurance claim. John was exteremely helpful and super responsive to all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). They used OEM parts and the repair came with a warranty for as long as I own the vehicle. It also got detailed and it was cleaner than when I brought the car. The repair job was phenomenal! I couldn't recommend Rob's enough. Thank you to everybody over at Rob's!!

The guys in the office are really nice to talk to very helping, but their technicians I do not trust. My vehicle was returned to me completely filthy, and I had damage that was not there when I dropped it off. When I brought this to their attention, it was my word against there's, which truly sucks because I know people take advantage, but I clean my car weekly or at least every other week so I know what was there and what was not. Very disappointed when they come recommend.

So far above and beyond anything I would have expected, these guys have written the book on customer service, advocacy and technical expertise. My insurance company was a nightmare to deal with and I was not prepared to duke it out. John was in my corner, provided specific examples, documentation and even joined me on a call with the adjuster. Honestly, if every experience could be as lovely as dealing with Rob's Collision, the world would be a better place.

This is unfortunately my second time having to use them for an auto accident, but they are so amazing I will never use anyone else! Thank you so much to all of the wonderful staff, especially the manager, Joe for taking sure great care of my repair and all of the insurance details!

Joe Turco really made my experience at Rob’s very stress free and took care of everything that needed to be done asap! I would definitely recommend this location and these employees are extremely welcoming and helpful!

I had an amazing experience. Joe the manager took such great care of me and my car after my brand new car was rear ended. The repair was fast, he helped me coordinate everything with my insurance company and the car came back looking brand new again, like nothing ever happened! I am so thankful!

Nothing good to say. Headache, stress, expensive, rude personnel/staff. Customer service is a big Zero here. I won't recommend this place.

I took my 2018 Audi Q5 here for body work following an accident. I highly recommend them. John was great to work with and very professional. They finished the work quicker than I expected and in the end, my car looked like it was brand new! I could tell they really put the time and attention into all the details. I'm so pleased! I managed to hit a deer a few weeks back and took my Jeep here for work, John was very tentative to work with and keep me updated on all the insurance craziness. My car looks brand new and they even did an amazing job detailing the inside and outside! Very friendly staff

I basically worked with Joe. He was very polite and professional. He explained what happened to the bottom of my car and that he had trouble getting the parts. He kept me updated on the progress. The paint matches perfectly. he washed my car even putting tire shine on the wheels. He also delivered my car to Somerset!Great job!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Patrick and John were great to work with. They were honest & upfront about the hidden damage my vehicle had, and knowledgeable about what looked off/wrong, noting incorrect prior repairs. While it was not viable to fix my vehicle completely at this point in time, they did what they could to minimize the problem as much as reasonably possible. Patrick took excellent care of my insurance claim when someone stole my catalytic converter. He kept in touch with my adjuster and kept me more in the loop than my insurance company did. There’s a national shortage on a lot of parts and we can’t fault the repair shops for something out of their control. I would give Pat and the guys at Robs 10 stars if I could. He really went above and beyond for my SUV. Thanks guys.
