Metal Masters is a fantastic business to work with. They restored my king size brass bed back to its original beauty. Just like the day I first purchased it 27 years ago. The delivery guys were courteous and respectful of my home and taking care of my bed. I will admit I was very nervous at first but Jim put my mind at ease and for that I am grateful. The job was done in a quick timely fashion and Jim kept me advised every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I dropped off 6 chrome parts from my 1970 Mustang to Jim at Metal Masters on April 22 2022. No price quoted which I was not surprised by. I and done business with Jim on a previous restoration and was pleased with the work, which also was not quoted up front.Having not heard from Jim I stopped by mid summer. I was told I would be next in queue and he would start working on my parts.I had not heard anything since then and stopped by on Wednesday December28th. I was in no huge rush but thought an unannounced visit would give me a current view.Jim had not touched my parts so I took my items back.Jim offered no apology, no reason for his ambivalence.I wouldn’t trust Jim at Metal Masters to restore a bottle cap, let alone valuable parts or items.Not trustworthy or transparent.

I dropped off my chandelier for repair March 2022. After that it was empty promise after empty promise for completion of the repair. By December 2022, I decided I'd had enough empty promises, so I picked up my untouched chandelier only to be met by Jim in the parking lot. I explained to Jim that after 9 months I would take my repair elsewhere. Jim then inferred that 9 months was not long at all... his actions after that would best be described as immature and highly unprofessional.

I had an Asian statue that the base had broken during my recent move . Driving by towards home one day I saw the sign, “Metal Masters” an thought .. this might be THE place to get it fixed! So I made a call and spoke to the friendly owner Jim .. who said when I get a chance bring him the statue. He was sure he could fix it!As it worked out the place I wanted to eat was closed so I felt it was a great time to now bring the Asian statue by Metal Masters sine it was nearby. Jim couldn’t be friendlier, and also knowledgeable, about my item and how to repair the base .. Jim told me it was a fine piece made of bronze and nicely made.. gee here I thought it was just cast iron decorative item or something of lesser quality .. We discussed various ways to fix it . Then he proudly showed me his current work and around his shop.So if you have anything that needs metal repairs, he could be THE very guy to fix it properly !

Our job was the stripping and refinishing of an indoor wrought iron bannister. Jim was professional, courteous and expert in his art. His team was vigilant in keeping a neat, clean and safe work area in our home. Job was done ahead of schedule and on budget with impressive results. Long Live small businesses!!!
